Eng. Saleh Khabti is a Deputy Minister of Investment Transactions Deputyship, Acting as well as the Deputy Minister of Sector Development Deputyship at Ministry of Investment, and the General Secretary of the National Incentives Committee. Before joining the Ministry of Investment, he was the Vice President of Business Origination and later the Vice President of portfolio Management and Business Development, Aramco, Asia. In that capacity Eng. Saleh negotiated three major deals as lead negotiator in the downstream sector, and two agreements that led to attracting mega investments and key strategic gains for our country. Eng. Saleh also had several jobs in Saudi Aramco. Co-chairing and institutionalizing the Young Leaders Advisory Board. Part of the leadership team that started up Yasref Refinery. In addition to a long career as a market analyst in corporate planning with expertise in Asia Oil Markets. Eng. Mr Chan served as Secretary for Development from July 2012 to January 2017. He has been Financial Secretary since 2017.

Julia Leung

Ms Julia Leung has been Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) since 1 January 2023. Ms Leung joined the SFC in March 2015 as Executive Director of the Investment Products Division. She became Executive Director of the Intermediaries Division in June 2016 and took on the additional capacity of Deputy CEO in March 2018. In more than 25 years of public service, Ms Leung has extensive experience in financial regulation, market development and international cooperation. Prior to joining the SFC, Ms Leung was the Under Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury from August 2008 to December 2013. Before that, she served at the Hong Kong Monetary Authority for 14 years, spending the last eight years as the Executive Director responsible for financial cooperation with Mainland and other international regulators. Ms Leung graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and earned a master's degree from Columbia University in the City of New York. In 2014, she authored a book on how Asia has surmounted various financial crises.
Eng. Khalid AlHussan

Eng. Khalid Abdullah Al-Hussan is a Board member and the Chief Executive Officer of Saudi Tadawul Group. He also serves as the Chairman of the Saudi Exchange, the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa), the Securities Clearing Center Company (Muqassa) and Wamid, an applied technology services business and the innovation arm of Saudi Tadawul Group. Additionally, Al Hussan is a member of the World Federation of Exchanges (WFE), and he is both a Chairman (for the current year of 2021) and a member of the Arab Federation of Exchanges (AFE). Al-Hussan has more than 14 years of capital markets experience and possesses a wide range of expertise from business development and corporate planning to strategy and operations. Before his appointment as CEO of the Group, Eng. Khalid was the CEO of The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) - now known as the Saudi Exchange - for more than 4 years. He also held a number of executive roles at the Exchange, in listings, cash markets, asset services and depository, strategy and market data. Throughout his tenure at the Exchange, Khalid has overseen the introduction and implementation of several key development programs, including the Qualified Foreign Investor (QFI) framework and the Independent Custody Model (ICM), and most recently, its transformation into Saudi Tadawul Group. He also helped secure the Exchange’s inclusion in main emerging markets’ indices. Notably, he sponsored the restructuring program of the Financial Infrastructure companies and oversaw the record-setting IPO of Saudi Aramco. Prior to joining the Exchange, Eng. Khalid worked in the Saudi insurance sector, managing areas of business and product development, marketing, PMO, and strategy. Khalid is an engineer and holds an MBA from the University of Colorado, where he is also a certified entrepreneur.
Bonnie Y Chan

Ms Chan brings more than 30 years of global capital markets leadership and expertise. She has played a leading role in supporting the transformation of Hong Kong’s listed market and infrastructure, enhancing market quality, attractiveness, and efficiency, and helping position HKEX as a leading global exchange group. Ms Chan has held leadership roles in legal and financial services with Asia-Pacific and global responsibilities. Before becoming CEO, Ms Chan was HKEX’s Co-Chief Operating Officer, where she oversaw the Group’s key operational and strategic functions. Ms Chan first joined HKEX as Head of IPO Transactions in 2007 from Morgan Stanley, where she spent four years leading the legal function for the investment bank’s Asia capital markets business. She rejoined HKEX in 2020 as Head of Listing, after serving as a partner at international law firm Davis Polk & Wardwell focusing on capital markets between 2010 and 2019. Ms Chan is a frequent contributor to the World Economic Forum and is a member of the Forum’s Centre for Financial and Monetary Systems Advisory Council. In Hong Kong, Ms Chan served as a member of the Financial Services Development Council between 2015 and 2018, and was a member of its Board of Directors between 2019 to 2020. She was also a member of the Standing Committee of Company Law Reform and the Disciplinary Panel of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Ms Chan was recognised as one of the World Federation of Exchanges’ Women Leaders between 2021 and 2023. She was also recognised among IFLR1000’s Asia Best Lawyers in 2019 and was named The American Lawyer’s Dealmaker of the Year in 2018.
Mohammed AlRumaih

Mohammed Al-Rumaih is the Saudi Exchange CEO. Prior to this, Mohammed was the Chief of Markets for the Exchange where he oversaw Saudi Exchange’s Markets operations, including the Main Market, Nomu-Parallel Market, Sukuk and Bonds, and others. Since joining the Saudi Exchange in 2009, Mohammed has held various leadership positions, including Head of Primary Market and Chief of Sales and Marketing. He has extensive experience in the financial services sector and has led the Exchange through numerous milestones and a period of exponential growth and transformation. He has been instrumental in the Exchange’s adoption of new market enhancements and products to further cement its status as an advanced capital market and regional powerhouse. His notable achievements include Saudi Exchange’s inclusion in emerging market indices, the revamp of the Nomu-Parallel Market, the success of the Saudi Capital Market enhancement program, and facilitating the smooth public listing of Saudi Aramco, the world’s largest IPO, in 2019. Mohammed holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, and an Executive MBA from the Manchester Business School.
Wilfred Yiu

Wilfred Yiu was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 1 March 2024. In addition to this role, Mr Yiu acts as Co-Chief Operating Officer and Co-Head of Markets, with oversight of HKEX’s Markets and IT divisions. He is also Chief Executive of HKEX’s wholly-owned subsidiaries, The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and Hong Kong Futures Exchange Limited. Mr Yiu joined HKEX in 2019 as Head of Markets and was named Co-Chief Operating Officer in 2023. Since joining the Group, he has played a leading role in strengthening HKEX’s market infrastructure and diversifying its product and service ecosystem. He oversaw the launch of major initiatives including significant expansion to the Connect Programme, enhancement of Hong Kong’s role as Asia’s ETF marketplace, the rollout of the HKD-RMB Dual Counter Model and Derivatives Holiday Trading, providing investors with greater opportunities and wider cross-border market accessibility. Mr Yiu has nearly 30 years of experience in international capital markets and has worked at global banks in the US, Mainland China, and Hong Kong. Prior to joining HKEX, he had a 20-year career with Goldman Sachs, where he was last Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Beijing Gao Hua Securities Company, a joint venture of Goldman Sachs in Mainland China, and was responsible for the company’s China sales and trading businesses. Previously, Mr Yiu was Head of Credit Structured Products for Asia at Goldman Sachs in Hong Kong. Mr Yiu is a member of the Supervisory Committee for the Tracker Fund of Hong Kong and a member of the Advisory Committee for the Securities and Futures Commission. He is also a member of the Hong Kong Academy of Finance, an advisory board member of Research Institute for Business, and a Professional Fellow of the Honours Academy of The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong. He served as a governor for the board of the Dalian Commodity Exchange in China from 2015 to 2017. Mr Yiu holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Stanford University and an MBA in Finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
Abdulhameed AlMuhaidib

With more than 13 years’ experience in ACWA Power, Mr. Al Muhaidib is a skilled leader having held several positions in both project execution and corporate finance. During the initial years of his career within the Group, Abdulhameed worked in Corporate Finance and served several roles in Project boards and committees, including NOMAC. Abdulhameed was then primarily involved in managing projects under execution in the UAE, including Noor Energy 1, which is the world largest CSP project. Before joining the company, he worked at HSBC Middle East / Saudi Arabia in Global Investment Banking and Advisory. Abdulhameed served as board member, audit committee member and risk committee member in many organizations including HSBC Saudi Arabia, Saudi Arabian British Bank (SABB), Savola Group and several ACWA Power subsidiaries. Abdulhameed holds a BBA Finance Major from University of Miami as well as an MBA from Pepperdine University Graziadio School of Business and Management. Alain Lam

Alain Lam, graduated from University of Oxford with a master's degree in Engineering in August 1998. He is Vice President and CFO of the Group, and Chairman of Airstar Digital Technology. Alain joined Xiaomi in 2020. Prior to joining the Group, Alain worked at Credit Suisse (Hong Kong) as Managing Director and Head of the Asian Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) Group of the Investment Banking division from January 2016 to October 2020. From July 1997 to December 2015, he worked at Morgan Stanley in the London, New York, Menlo Park and Hong Kong offices. Alain was responsible for leading many US IPO projects including those of Kingsoft Cloud, XPeng Motors and Pinduoduo, as well as Hong Kong IPO projects including those of Alibaba, Xiaomi, and NetEase.
Loai Bafaqeeh

With a career spanning over 25 years, Loai Bafaqeeh has held the position of Managing Director, Head of Securities at SNB Capital since February 2019. During his tenure, he has transformed the division from one providing limited brokerage services to one offering fully-fledged Securities and Custody services. He has also overseen the successful introduction of new products and services that have ensured SNB Capital retains its leading position in the Saudi market. Prior to joining SNB Capital, Loai held different senior leadership roles, including overseeing the launch of Vision 2030's Quality of Life Program as CEO. He also led Microsoft Arabia's Public Sector Business, Operation and Marketing activities, with a remit that included public sector sales and marketing. While at Microsoft, Loai implemented several transformational projects in partnership with the Saudi government. Before this, Loai started his career at Procter & Gamble, where he held several positions and managed a number of categories that included healthcare, food & beverage, and feminine care. Loai holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from King Abdul-Aziz University in Saudi and an MBA degree from the Arabic Academy for Science and Technology.
Luanne Lim

Luanne Lim was appointed Chief Executive, Hong Kong, HSBC, in 2022, having previously served as Chief Operating Officer, Hong Kong, HSBC, a role that she has held since 2017. Ms Lim has more than 25 years of banking industry experience. Since joining HSBC in Singapore in 1999, she has held leadership roles and spearheaded strategic initiatives across HSBC’s key markets, including Mainland China, Vietnam, Malaysia and Indonesia. She is currently a board member of HSBC Bank (Vietnam) Ltd. She is the Chairperson of Hong Kong Association of Banks, and sits on the Banking Advisory Committee and Financial Infrastructure and Market Development Sub-Committee of Hong Kong Monetary Authority. She is also a council member of Treasury Markets Association, and a member of Academy of Finance, Financial Education Coordination Committee of the Investor and Financial Education Council, Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Taskforce on Trade and Investment of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council. In addition, Ms Lim is a member of the Board of Directors of the Financial Services Development Council (FSDC), and a member of its Market Development Committee.
Peter Hutton
Senior Vice-President, Investor Relations
Peter Hutton joined Saudi Aramco in October 2022 as Executive Director, Investor Relations and brings over 35 years’ experience across the industry, investment management, sell side research and investor relations. Peter started his career in 1985 in chemicals sales for BP before moving into business management, strategic planning and economic evaluation, becoming financial controller for BPs plastics business. He joined Irish Life as commodities analyst in 1997 and become head of research for UBP in Geneva then head of international oil and gas for Alliance Bernstein in London In 2005 he moved to the buyside, helping to set up London office for a group of European banks, before moving to Riyadh as head of research for HSBC / SABB, building a multi sector team initiating equity research on key Tadawul stocks. In 2011 he joined Royal Bank of Canada in London as global oil analyst covering the oil majors, until one of them, Equinor, invited him to lead their investor relations team in 2015. Peter has an MA in Modern History from Oxford University and qualifications in Middle Eastern Studies from Birkbeck College, University of London. He is resident in Dhahran, along with his wife Julie and they have two grown up children. His interests include arts, skiing and trying to support not one but two teams in the English Premier League.
Dr. Will Liu

Dr. Will Liu is the Managing Director of BeiGene Bioventures. He is responsible for the creation, incubation, and investment of biotech startups at BeiGene Venture Labs. Building on almost 27 years of experience in venture capital, pharmaceutical and biotech industries, Dr. Liu conceived the venture labs’ business model at BeiGene. Along with a highly capable scientific team, he is helping entrepreneurs to turn their original ideas into fledgling biotech startups. Prior to starting the BeiGene Venture Labs, Dr. Liu was a Partner at Eight Roads Ventures focusing on the investment of early-stage biotech companies. In addition to generating high investments returns, he also fostered multiple highly successful biotech companies including Structure Therapeutics and Insilico Medicine. Before becoming a venture capitalist, Dr. Liu spent 20 years in the pharma industry. His career convers from R&D to business development, serving various important roles at MNC pharmaceutical companies such the Head of Worldwide BD for Neuroscience at GSK, and China Head of External Innovation at Merck. Dr. Liu graduated from Nankai University in China and holds a PhD degree in Chemistry from the University of Michigan.
Ding Chen

Ms. Ding joined CSOP Asset Management Limited in 2010 and is the Chief Executive Officer, overseeing the overall business of the Manager. Ms. Ding, from 2003 to June 2013, was the Assistant CEO and Managing Director of China Southern Asset Management Co. Ltd., one of the largest fund management companies in China. During her tenure with the company, she issued China’s first and largest QDII mutual fund, and successfully established the QDII business of China Southern Asset Management Co. Ltd.. She was also a member of the Investment Management Committee of China Southern Asset Management Co. Ltd., where she was responsible for setting investment policies and strategies of the fund, monitoring market, portfolio and systematic risk, asset allocation and stock selection in addition to reviewing and monitoring portfolio performance of the fund. Ms. Ding also actively participates in community services. She co-founded Chinese Asset Management Association of Hong Kong with industry peers in 2013 and served as the Chairperson of the association. The association actively promoted positive interaction between Chinese Asset Management companies and strived to provide a conducive business environment for Chinese Asset Management companies in Hong Kong. Ms. Ding made outstanding contributions to the prosperity of Hong Kong’s capital market by actively advising on projects such as the establishment of RQFII scheme, Mutual Recognition of Funds between the Mainland and Hong Kong, Inclusion of ETFs in Stock Connect and Wealth Management Connect Scheme. Ms. Ding was the only person from the financial services industry who was awarded the Medal of Honour by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative region in July 2021, in recognition of her contributions to the Hong Kong’s financial market over the years. Ms. Ding resigned from Chairperson in 2020 and is currently the Permanent Honorary Chairperson of Chinese Asset Management Association of Hong Kong. She was also appointed as Vice-Chairman of the Hong Kong Financial Services Development Council in January 2023 as well as Convenor of Mainland Opportunities Committee of the Hong Kong Financial Services Development Council since 2019. In addition, Ms. Ding is now a member of the Hong Kong Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Appeal Board, and Executive Board Member of the Hong Kong Treasury Markets Association. Prior to that, she has ever served as a member of the Product Advisory Committee of the Securities and Futures Commission, a member of the Process Review Panel of the Securities and Futures Commission, a member of the Securities and Futures Appeals Tribunal, a member of the Financial Infrastructure and Market Development Sub-Committee of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, the Co-Chairman of the International Business Committee of the Asset Management Association of China and the Vice Chairperson of Chinese Securities Association of Hong Kong. In 2023, Ms. Ding Chen was named regional "CEO of the Year" at the I&M Professional Investment Awards, Asia “CEO of the Year in Asia" at the Asia Asset Management Best of the Best Awards, and Hong Kong “Chief Executive of the Year" at the FOW Asia Capital Markets Awards.

Mr. JIN Bing, aged 46, is the chief financial officer of the Company. He joined the Group in January 2022 and is primarily responsible for overall finance (accounting, financial management, etc.), audit and internal controls, and capital market activities of the Group. Mr. JIN has strong and diversified financial background and experience. From August 2010 to March 2014, Mr. Jin worked at Citi’s China Investment Banking Department. From March 2014 to April 2017, Mr. JIN served several positions including as the Head of China Technology of Investment Banking and Capital Markets, Asia Pacific, at Credit Suisse, where he worked with many listed and private Chinese technology companies for various financing and mergers and acquisitions transactions. From May 2017 to April 2021, Mr. JIN served as the chief financial officer of Joyy Inc. (formerly known as YY Inc., a company listed on Nasdaq with stock code of YY). From May 2021 to January 2022, Mr. JIN served as the chief financial officer of Zuoyebang. He also previously worked in other areas including public service, consulting and corporate banking. Mr. JIN received his bachelor’s degree in English from Beijing Foreign Studies University, the PRC, in June 2000, his master’s degree in Pacific International Affairs from the University of California, San Diego, the United States, in June 2004, and his MBA degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, the United States, in May 2010.
Dr. Zhen WEI

Dr. Zhen WEI is a Managing Director at MSCI and globally head the firms’ China Research and Product Development efforts. In addition, he spearheads thought leadership on China and Emerging Markets, Global Investing, Factor Investing, ESG Investing and Asset Allocation. Prior to joining MSCI, Zhen Wei led the Asia Pacific team of the Global Cross Asset Systematic Research division at J.P. Morgan. Before this, Zhen was a senior equity strategist at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and fixed income strategist at Lehman Brothers. Dr. Wei has extensive research experience in global macro, ESG integration, asset allocation, risk management, quantitative models and investment product design. His research has been published in various international journals. Zhen Wei acquired his PhD in Statistics and Masters Degree in Financial Mathematics from Stanford University. He has lectured MBA courses at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Patrick Bowes

Patrick Bowes is Chief of Investor Relations and has been at Prudential since May 2019. His previous role was as Director of External Communications at Old Mutual plc, having joined them in 2009. Prior to this, he had 15 years of capital markets experience at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, JPMorgan, Credit Suisse and BZW. His client base included technology, communication, and retail businesses, as well as a broad range of international financial services. He is a Chartered Accountant and has a degree in Economics from Cambridge University

Mr. Yeh Hung Chou (Steven) has over 20 years of experience in authority including Hong Kong Exchange/ Taiwan futures exchange and financial institutions in the Asia-Pacific region including Mainland China/ Hong Kong/ Taiwan/ Japan in terms of marketing and business development, along with over 10 years experiences in senior management, board, and committee role and skills to operate the corporation. He is a registered participant of HKEX while holding HK SFC licensed Type 1&2&5 Responsible officer, Type 4 Representative, where his senior management, sales, business development, and IT skills involved, and experience can be effectively utilized for management strategy. He holds a Master of Science degree from the State University of New York.
Yasser Elsafadi

Yasser A. Elsafadi is the Group CFO of Scientific and Medical Equipment House Co, a publicly listed healthcare company in the Saudi main stock market specializing in medical equipment trading, contracting, and operation & maintenance with a unique presence in the government and private sectors. Yasser focuses on special major projects such as IPOs and ERP implementations. This is in addition to managing cash flow, corporate finance, digital transformation projects, overseeing mergers and acquisitions, restructuring finance functions, executing turnaround strategies, and optimizing cost structures. Being a certified professional holding CPA, CMA, and Saudi CME1 designations, and holding an MBA from the University of Southern California, Yasser worked for international blue-chip companies in the Middle East throughout his lengthy career ranging from audit & consulting to media, construction, manufacturing, retail industries and Operation & Maintenance sectors. Zheng Wang

Mr. Zheng WANG has been CFO of SenseTime since May 2019. He currently also serves as SenseTime’s head of Enterprise Innovation Group and General Manager of Hong Kong. Prior to joining SenseTime, Mr. Wang worked at Silver Lake for more than 10 years, with his last position as Managing Director and head of Greater China. He previously also worked at General Atlantic and McKinsey & Company in Hong Kong. Earlier in his career, he worked at Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse First Boston in Silicon Valley. Mr. Wang graduated summa cum laude from Yale College.
Zaid Ghoul

Zaid has over 30 years of experience in the areas of Corporate Finance, Investment Banking and Business/Debt Restructuring. Mr. Ghoul was the Head of Corporate Finance and Investment Banking at Samba Capital (SC) and joined the merged entity of NCBC/SC to lead the Investment Banking practice at SNB Capital. Mr. Ghoul advised on several strategic transactions covering equity/debt capital markets, M&A, structured finance, privatization, turnaround and debt restructuring. Prior to joining Samba Capital, he ran his consulting practice which focused on strategically supporting large GCC family businesses in raising and restructuring debt, enhancing the efficiency of operations and growing their businesses. He also held senior positions as CFO for a leading Real Estate Company in Dubai, where he led the financing effort for key real estate projects, and as CIO for a privately-owned Investment Conglomerate, where he managed a public and private equity investment portfolio of over US$1 billion spread over the GCC and Egypt. He worked for Arthur Andersen and then Ernst & Young Middle East Corporate Finance & Lead Advisory practice, and for PricewaterhouseCoopers as an Equity Partner where he co-led the Middle East Business Recovery Services practice. Zaid graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Economics & Statistics, University of Jordan, 1991. Frank Lee

Mr. Frank Lee, VP of Corporate Development from Tianqi Lithium, holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Waseda University in Japan. He joined the company in 2015 and has 9 years of experience in the lithium industry. Issa has more than 20 years of technology and capital markets experience and possesses a wide range of expertise from business development and monetization to strategy and operations. He has held several executive roles at the Saudi Stock Exchange, in digital transformation, data services, innovation and other IT solutions, most recently as Senior Head of IT Solutions. In addition to various recognized professional certifications, Issa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and an MBA.
