His Excellency Mr. Mohammed Aljadaan is the Saudi Minister of Finance for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, appointed in November 2016. He previously served as Chairman of the Board of the Saudi Capital Market Authority from January 2015 to November 2016, and was acting Minister of Economy and Planning from March 2020 until May 2021.

As Saudi Minister of Finance, His Excellency leads a number of boards and committees, including: Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA); Chairman of the Board of Directors of the State Properties General Authority; Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Government Expenditure and Projects Efficiency Authority; Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Organization for Social Insurance; and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Center for Privatization. In addition, he chairs the National Financial Stability Committee, Financial Sector Development Program Committee, Financial Sustainability Program Committee, and Privatization Program Committee.

Minister Aljadaan was recently selected to represent Saudi Arabia as Chair of the International Monetary and Financial Committee (IMFC) at the International Monetary Fund (IMF). He also represents the Kingdom as a member of the Ministerial Council of the OPEC Fund for International Development (OFID), the IMF Board of Governors, the World Bank Board of Governors, the Board of Governors of the Islamic Development Bank, and the Board of Governors of the Arab Monetary Fund.

He is also a member of the Council of Economic and Development Affairs, the Board of Directors of the Public Investment Fund, the Board of Directors of the National Development Fund, the Board of Directors of Saudi Aramco, and the Board of Directors of the General Authority for Military Industries.

Minister Aljadaan holds a bachelor’s degree in Islamic economics from Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University, and a higher diploma in legal studies from the Institute of Public Administration in Riyadh.

Mr. Mohammed A. El-Kuwaiz was appointed as the Chairman of the board of the Capital Market Authority (CMA) of Saudi Arabia in July 2017, after serving as the Vice Chairman since August 2016. Before his tenure at the CMA, Mr. El-Kuwaiz co-founded Derayah Financial Company, where he served as the CEO. His professional background includes a role as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company and positions in investment banking and corporate finance with Samba Financial Group.

In addition to his executive roles, Mr. El-Kuwaiz has contributed to various organizations as a board member. His board memberships include the Public Pension Agency, Al Yamamah Company for Reinforcing Steel Bars, and Al Bilad Bank. He has also been actively involved in several committees, holding memberships in the Securities and Investments Committee at the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Investment Committee at King Faisal Foundation, the Investment Committee at Sulaiman Bin Abdulaziz Al-Rajhi Holding Company, and the CMA’s Advisory Committee.

Mr. El-Kuwaiz's academic credentials include an MBA specializing in finance and entrepreneurship, which he obtained in 2003 from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business. He also holds a Bachelor of Administrative Sciences with Honors, majoring in Law, from King Saud University in Saudi Arabia, earned in 1998.

Mrs. Sarah Al-Suhaimi is the Chairperson of the Saudi Tadawul Holding Group Board of Directors, which is considered the largest exchange in the Middle East.

In her capacity, Mrs. AlSuhaimi spearheads Tadawul’ s efforts to integrate the Saudi capital market with global peers by way of aligning the platforms operations and governing regulations.

Mrs. AlSuhaimi is also the Chairperson of Lazard Ltd. in Saudi Arabia, the Middle East and North Africa, and a Board Member at the Saudi Telecom Company, the Saudi Arabian Airlines Public Agency and the Cultural Development Fund, and the Regional Voluntary Carbon Market Company. In addition, Mrs. AlSuhaimi is a trustee of the International Financial Reporting Standards Foundation and a We-Fi Leadership Champion.

Mrs. Al-Suhaimi served as the CEO of Saudi National Bank Capital (SNB Capital) from 2014 to 2021 and was a member of the Board of Directors. During her tenure, AUMs grew by over four times, NCBC's brokerage market share increased by more than 10% and the bank executed multiple large investment banking mandates earning league table status in DCM and M&A.

Mrs. AlSuhaimi served a two-year term as Vice-Chairperson of the Advisory Committee of the Capital Market Authority (CMA) Board of Directors from 2013 to 2015.

Prior to that, Mrs. AlSuhaimi led the asset and wealth management division at Jadwa Investment Company, where she was also the Chief Investment Officer from 2007 to 2014, and a member of the firms’ Management Committee. Mrs. AlSuhaimi started her career within asset management at Samba Capital.

Mrs. AlSuhaimi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with Honors from King Saud University, and completed the General Management program in Harvard Business School.

Eng. Khalid Abdullah Al-Hussan is a Board member and the Chief Executive Officer of Saudi Tadawul Group. He also serves as the Chairman of the Saudi Exchange, the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa), the Securities Clearing Center Company (Muqassa) and Wamid, an applied technology services business and the innovation arm of Saudi Tadawul Group. Additionally, Al Hussan is a member of the World Federation of Exchanges (WFE), and he is both a Chairman (for the current year of 2021) and a member of the Arab Federation of Exchanges (AFE).

Al-Hussan has more than 14 years of capital markets experience and possesses a wide range of expertise from business development and corporate planning to strategy and operations. Before his appointment as CEO of the Group, Eng. Khalid was the CEO of The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) - now known as the Saudi Exchange - for more than 4 years. He also held a number of executive roles at the Exchange, in listings, cash markets, asset services and depository, strategy and market data.

Throughout his tenure at the Exchange, Khalid has overseen the introduction and implementation of several key development programs, including the Qualified Foreign Investor (QFI) framework and the Independent Custody Model (ICM), and most recently, its transformation into Saudi Tadawul Group. He also helped secure the Exchange’s inclusion in main emerging markets’ indices. Notably, he sponsored the restructuring program of the Financial Infrastructure companies and oversaw the record-setting IPO of Saudi Aramco.

Prior to joining the Exchange, Eng. Khalid worked in the Saudi insurance sector, managing areas of business and product development, marketing, PMO, and strategy.

Khalid is an engineer and holds an MBA from the University of Colorado, where he is also a certified entrepreneur.

Ziad T. Al-Murshed was appointed as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, effective May 1, 2022.

Prior to this position, Al-Murshed was acting service line head for Finance, Strategy & Development, a role he started in July 2021. Al-Murshed has also served as the vice president of Fuels & Lubricants, the vice president of International Operations, and the vice president of Downstream Growth & Integration.

Other previous posts include that of executive director of New Business Development, and the general manager and head of Transaction Development, responsible for executing joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, as well as third-party and other transactions.

Al-Murshed joined the company in 1991 and started his career as a producing engineer in the Exploration and Producing business line, which is currently named Upstream. He moved to Downstream in 1998 and assumed several responsibilities covering refining, marketing, and joint venture development, and coordination.

From 2005 to 2008, he worked at Ras Tanura Refinery, where he became superintendent of operations. In 2008, Al-Murshed moved to Corporate Planning, where he was responsible for the Company’s long-range business plan. From 2010 to 2012, he served as manager of Yanbu’ Fractionation Plant. In 2012,he was appointed manager of Business Analysis in Corporate Planning, later becoming the director of Economic & Energy Analysis. From 2013 to 2015, he was the director of Strategic Planning for the Group. Al-Murshed is a member of the board of directors of SABIC and chairman of the Wisayah Global Investment Company. He previously served as the chairman of the board of directors of Waed Ventures, vice chairman of the board of directors of the Industrialization and Energy Services Company (TAQA), deputy chairman of, and a member of the board of managers of the International Maritime Industries Company. He also served on the boards of directors of S-Oil Corporation, Motiva Enterprises, Sadara Chemicals Company, the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (Modon), and the Saudi Arabian Industrial Investment Company (Dussur).

Al-Murshed holds a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from Arizona State University, and an MBA from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He is also a graduate of the General Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Dr. Manar Al Moneef is NEOM Chief Investment Officer, responsible for developing and implementing NEOM investment strategy by creating growth initiatives and building partnerships. Previously President & CEO of GE Renewable Energy, she held leadership roles in oil & gas and healthcare. Manar has an executive MBA from Harvard Business School and a PhD from Leicester University.

Gautam has been leading the King Abdullah Financial District Development & Management Company (KAFD DMC) as CEO since 2021, where he is pivotal in transforming the district into a prominent business and lifestyle destination, boasting state-of-the-art physical and digital infrastructure. His notable career traverses both the private and public sectors, spanning various industries such as oil and gas, real estate development, Free Zone regulation and development, trade facilitation, and healthcare.

After nearly two decades at Shell, Gautam transitioned to various leadership positions across the Middle East. From 2014 to 2019, he served as the CEO of the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC), overseeing a diverse portfolio that includes the DMCC Free Zone, property and community development, setting standards for, and facilitating commodities trade in Dubai, in addition to financial services like clearing house and trade finance products. After his tenure at DMCC, he played a crucial role in the launch of the largest hospital startup in Abu Dhabi, a joint venture between the Mayo Clinic (USA) and Abu Dhabi Health Services (SEHA).

In addition to his executive roles, Gautam holds several board positions. He is a Member of the Audit Advisory Committee at UNOPS in Copenhagen, an Advisor to Fintech Innovations International, and a part of Risk Quotient Ltd, a specialized cyber risk consultancy. His influence and leadership in business have earned him a spot on Forbes’ top 50 Indian Business Executives list.

Mohammed Al-Rumaih is the Saudi Exchange CEO. Prior to this, Mohammed was the Chief of Markets for the Exchange where he oversaw Saudi Exchange’s Markets operations, including the Main Market, Nomu-Parallel Market, Sukuk and Bonds, and others. Since joining the Saudi Exchange in 2009, Mohammed has held various leadership positions, including Head of Primary Market and Chief of Sales and Marketing.

He has extensive experience in the financial services sector and has led the Exchange through numerous milestones and a period of exponential growth and transformation. He has been instrumental in the Exchange’s adoption of new market enhancements and products to further cement its status as an advanced capital market and regional powerhouse. His notable achievements include Saudi Exchange’s inclusion in emerging market indices, the revamp of the Nomu-Parallel Market, the success of the Saudi Capital Market enhancement program, and facilitating the smooth public listing of Saudi Aramco, the world’s largest IPO, in 2019.

Mohammed holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, and an Executive MBA from the Manchester Business School.

Wilfred Yiu, at 54, brings over 25 years of experience to his role in international capital markets. He joined Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) in April 2019 and currently serves as the Co-Chief Operating Officer. Prior to HKEX, Mr. Yiu held significant positions including Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Beijing Gao Hua Securities Company Limited, a strategic partner of Goldman Sachs, and Chairman of Qian Kun Futures Co Ltd. His career also includes a tenure as Managing Director, FICC at Goldman Sachs. Since 2020, Mr. Yiu has been a member of the Securities Compensation Fund Committee of the SFC.

Mr. Yiu's academic background is as distinguished as his professional career. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Washington. Furthermore, he has a Master of Science in Computer Science from Stanford University and a Master of Business Administration from Stern School of Business, New York University.

Mr. Capstick is the Global Co-Head of Market Infrastructure investment banking coverage at J.P. Morgan, overseeing relationships with institutions in the Exchange, Brokerage, Infrastructure, and Financial Technology sectors across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). He brings 24 years of investment banking experience to his role. Previously, Mr. Capstick served as Co-Head of the Financial Institutions Group for EMEA at J.P. Morgan.

He joined J.P. Morgan in November 2008 after a significant tenure at Morgan Stanley, where he spent 12 years as a Managing Director in the Financial Institutions practice, specializing in the Market Infrastructure sector. Mr. Capstick's career commenced at the Banque Nationale de Paris, where he dedicated four years to working in France.

Ed Sankey, Global Head of ECM, joined HSBC in September 2019 from Deutsche Bank where he spent 15 years as Co-Head of European ECM and Global Head of Equity Syndicate. Previously, Ed was working in the ECM team at JP Morgan and started his career at Fleming Martin, the South African JV of Robert Fleming. In his 25-year career, Ed has worked on hundreds of some of the largest and high-profile IPOs, primary follow-on, and secondary blocks around the world for Corporates, Private Equity firms, and Sovereign entities.

Khalid's entire career has been in the investment banking space, beginning with Merrill Lynch in London. This was followed by a significant tenure of 12 years at Gulf International Bank, where he ascended to the position of Head of Investment Banking. Subsequently, Khalid transitioned to Mizuho Saudi Arabia, taking on the roles of Managing Director and Board Member. His career progression continued as he later assumed the positions of CEO and Board Member at Credit Suisse Saudi Arabia.

During his illustrious career, Khalid has successfully completed capital market transactions valued at more than USD 50 billion. His academic foundation is equally impressive, holding a BA (Hons) from the University of London and an MBA from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Kashif Riaz, Managing Director, leads BlackRock’s Financial Markets Advisory business for the Middle East, which delivers a range of advisory services including capital markets, portfolio construction, sustainability, and data & analytics solutions to official sector and financial institution clients. He primarily focuses on capital markets topics such as infrastructure financing, public-private partnerships, blended finance, and development finance institutions. Prior to assuming his current responsibilities in November 2021, Mr. Riaz was a member of the Investment Grade Credit Platform leadership team in Fundamental Fixed Income. In this role, he was responsible for managing and evolving key elements of the investment process, developing investment themes and positioning views, assessing top-down and industry-level market drivers, and driving the business and organizational strategy of the platform.

Mr. Riaz joined BlackRock in 2010 as a founding member of BlackRock Capital Markets, where he headed the group’s Global Investment Grade Credit team and spearheaded the firm’s primary market engagement in the asset class. Mr. Riaz served as a member of the Investment Committees for BlackRock’s Infrastructure Debt funds. He also contributed to the development of the firm’s public positioning on bond market structure and liquidity. Mr. Riaz began his career at J.P. Morgan, where he worked for 12 years in both Investment Banking Coverage and Debt Capital Markets. Mr. Riaz received an MBA degree from Columbia University in 2005 and an SB degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1998.

Ramu Thiagarajan is Senior Investment Advisor/Economist at State Street. He is the Chairperson of the Editorial Board that oversees all thought leadership – with focus on global macro trends, geopolitics as well as sustainability and climate related issues. In this role, he works with investment leaders across the firm and interacts with monetary authorities and regulators. As part of this role, he authors research papers and represents the firm on macro topics such as inflation, deglobalization, climate, sustainability and other related topics.

Prior to this role as senior investment advisor, he was Global Head of Fixed Income and Currency research and chair of the Technical Committee in the asset management division of State Street, which he joined in 2017. Prior to joining State Street, Ramu was the global head of fixed income research and risk in AllianceBernstein. His earlier roles included global head of research division in Deutsche Asset Management and research and portfolio management divisions in other organizations including Mellon Capital.

Ramu’s tenure in the financial services industry spans nearly 30 years with many leadership roles in research, risk and portfolio construction across a wide variety of global asset classes – equity, fixed income and currency. Ramu started his career as a professor of accounting and finance in Kellogg, Northwestern University. As a professor and consultant, Ramu had extensive exposure to financial services industry and regulators. Based on his research, he wrote a number of seminal appears including papers on earnings quality, risk parity, hedging and risk management. He has published more than 25 papers in leading academic and industry journals globally.

His pioneering research has been instrumental in the development of many key factors/metrics in both equity and fixed income models for asset management. Ramu’s recent research has focused on key macro topics including the shifting relationship between oil and dollar, deglobalization, weaponization of finance, generative AI, inflation, central bank digital currency, friend-shoring, and climate risks.

Samy-Adrien Akoum is the Head of Systematic Trading EMEA for Citadel Securities. He has been instrumental in driving the firm's expansion into new products and markets. Additionally, Samy has played a pivotal role in overseeing the launches of new businesses across Europe and the Middle-East. Before joining Citadel Securities, he was part of TransMarket Group, where he led the energy futures trading team.

In terms of academic credentials, Samy is highly qualified, holding a Masters of Science in Executive Engineering from Mines ParisTech. He also earned a Masters of Quantitative Finance from University Paris Dauphine, further solidifying his expertise in the field.

Mr. Al-Hazzani is the Chief Executive Officer of Muqassa and has held that position since its establishment in May 2018. He also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Security Depository Center Company (Edaa) since 2018 and Saudi Exchange since April 2021. Prior to his appointment as the CEO of Muqassa, Mr. Al-Hazzani held a variety of positions such as Head of Clearing and Settlement and was a Risk Planning Manager who was responsible for maintaining risk management processes and policies for Saudi Exchange and designed, developed and recommended a variety of strategies in order to minimize risk exposure.

He carries a breadth of knowledge in the capital markets, risk management, clearing and settlement industry. He held many leading positions within the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul), including heading the clearing and settlement function, along with the Post-Trade Transformation Program.

Mr. Al-Hazzani holds an MBA, a Minor in Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from King Saud University, Saudi Arabia.

Yazeed Alnafjan was appointed as the Deputy Governor for Financial Innovation at the Saudi Central Bank in 2024. In his role, he is at the forefront of the Central Bank and Regulatory Authority's efforts to foster financial sector development, which includes spearheading both internal organizational development and market development within the regulatory scope of SAMA. His team is dedicated to areas such as Market Development, Innovation, Central Bank Digital Currency, Virtual Assets, and Open Banking, ensuring comprehensive industry growth and timely regulatory progress by introducing new products and services to the market.

Moreover, Alnafjan leads the implementation and oversight of the Fintech Strategy, which significantly contributes to the goals of Saudi Arabia Vision 2030. He also serves on the Board of Directors at Fintech Saudi, the government entity tasked with promoting the fintech ecosystem's enablement and advancement.

Previously, as the Director General of Banking Control, Yazeed was accountable for supervising, regulating, and licensing banks in Saudi Arabia. His focus was on maintaining the soundness, resilience, and stability of the Saudi banking sector, aligning with SAMA's objectives to uphold financial and monetary stability and support the nation's economic growth. In addition, his contributions extend to participating in several key local and international committees, such as the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision (BCBS) and the Basel Consultative Group (BCG).

Yazeed brings valuable experience from his time managing the Money Market and FX Division, where he was responsible for the Central Bank's asset-liability management and FX activities, along with the execution of monetary policy and management of system liquidity.

Mohammed is the CEO of Derayah, responsible for the company’s strategy and overall business and commercial activities. With over 20 years of experience in financial services, financial markets, corporate strategy, and investment management and advisory, Mohammed has a proven track record of success. Prior to his role as CEO, Mohammed served as the Chief Investment Officer for Derayah since 2014, overseeing investment activities across various asset classes. He also held the position of Head of Investment Management at a leading bank-affiliated investment company, managing teams and assets worth SAR 30 billion. Before that, Mohammed worked as a Portfolio Manager at a prominent local bank.

Throughout his career, Mohammed has demonstrated his ability to generate superior investment results, develop effective investment processes and teams, and provide expert advice. He has also been recognized for his innovative approach to structuring award-winning investment products and strategies. Mohammed graduated with honors from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals and has furthered his education through management and leadership programs at renowned institutions such as Stanford University, Harvard Business School, Duke University, and INSEAD Business School.

Les Male has over 30 years of experience in the Global Commodities industry, with particular expertise across Exchanges, risk management, and trading systems. Recognized as an extensively networked and award-winning business leader, Les has a consistent track record of driving new business and growth, building outstanding customer relationships, and simultaneously protecting and growing shareholder returns.

Les's most recent role was as the Chief Executive Officer of both the Dubai Gold & Commodities Exchange (DGCX) and the Dubai Commodities Clearing Corporation (DCCC) - the largest and most diversified derivatives Exchange group in the Middle East, typically trading c. $2bn/day across 4 major asset classes; FX, Metals, Equities, and Hydrocarbons. He now leads ELEM Capital, a global specialist management consultancy, providing Strategic Advisory and Board Directorship services to a diverse portfolio of companies and stock exchanges.

Before his time at DGCX, Les served at Nasdaq, where he was responsible for EU/UK client-facing activities on the Global Commodities product suite. His career began with managing strategic projects for the UK Network Code, which eventually led to the development of Europe’s first gas spot market (the OCM). Subsequently, he held the position of Commercial Director at EnMO and continued in that role for APX-Endex. In 2010, Les became the European Managing Director for the Green Exchange, a US-backed venture for global carbon trading. Following its acquisition by the CME Group, his responsibilities expanded to include European gas and Global LNG strategy for Nymex before he transitioned to Nasdaq in 2014.

Scott O’Malia is the Chief Executive Officer of the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. (ISDA), a role he has been in since August 2014. In his capacity at ISDA, Scott has spearheaded the Association’s commitment to promoting safe and efficient markets, as well as the development of industry standards and legal documentation. His initiatives include advocating for common standards to facilitate the application of technology, fostering innovation through scalable fintech and regtech solutions.

ISDA, as a global derivatives association, represents derivatives users on key industry issues such as trading, clearing, reporting, margin, capital, and legal standards. Under Scott’s leadership, there has been an enhanced focus on market infrastructure matters, particularly the cross-border harmonization of global central counterparty regulation, trade execution, and data rules.

Before his tenure at ISDA, Scott served as Commissioner of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) from October 2009 to August 2014. During his time at the CFTC, Scott revitalized the Technology Advisory Committee, pursued an active agenda that delved into data standardization, scrutinized trade execution rules, and cultivated a deeper understanding of the functioning of algorithmic trading in regulated markets.

Mohammed has more than 17 years of experience in investment and commercial banking, having held responsibilities including business development for the corporate sector, distinguished service management for the retail sector, and wealth and securities management in investment banking. Mohammed holds a Bachelor’s degree in engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM) and professional certificates accreditation.

Paul Humphrey, the CEO of BMLL, boasts over 30 years of experience in financial markets, having held global executive management positions in Investment Banking, Stock Exchange Management, Market Data Vendors, and Brokerages. His prior role was as interim CEO of Euronext London and Global Head of FICC at Euronext NV, where he was instrumental in the development and execution of strategy in Fixed-income, Rates, Foreign Exchange, and Commodity markets.

Before his tenure at Euronext, Paul was CEO of Electronic Broking & Information at Tullett Prebon. In this role, he was responsible for shaping the group’s strategy for electronic broking, application development, and information sales. Paul's extensive career has seen him in senior roles including Global Head of eCommerce at ABN Amro, Business & Strategy Consultant at Thomson Reuters, Head of Fixed-income at Van der Moolen, Head of Fixed-income sales & eCommerce at SLK/Goldman Sachs, and Managing Director of European Fixed-income at ICAP. In 2019, he founded Humphrey House Advisors Ltd., offering consultancy services to financial institutions, boards, and fintech firms on their corporate strategy.

Paul's vast experience spans across the Banking, Brokerage, Market Data, and Exchange industries, making him a uniquely experienced leader in the field. His innovative work in the industry has not gone unnoticed. He was featured in TabbFORUM's 'Top 40 Innovators in Financial Markets' for both 2022 & 2023, received the Harrington Starr top 1% leadership award in 2022, and was included by Financial News in the 'Twenty Most Influential People in Trading and Technology' in 2023.

Nick Druett is the Managing Director in EMEA Execution Services for Bank of America Securities. He leads the EMEA Electronic trading franchise and the EMEA Execution Services platform team. Nick is also a member of the EMEA Equities leadership team.

Almadi began his career in 2006 with Cisco as the service account manager and then moved to Oracle in 2009, where he focused on client management in the financial services industry. In 2012, he transitioned to EMC, taking up the role of education sector manager and leading sales efforts with educational institutions in the kingdom.

In 2017, Bader joined the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (MCIT) of Saudi Arabia, serving as an advisor to The Minister on international partnerships. Casey Ge is the Group Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer of Wind Information Co. Ltd and concurrently serves as CEO of Wind Information International, managing the group’s international business. Wind is a leading financial information and software company in Asia, with a global presence and nearly 4,000 employees.

Before her engagement with Wind in 2021, Casey was a senior executive director at Goldman Sachs Investment Banking Division (IBD) in Hong Kong. As the Business Unit Manager of the firm’s Asia Financial Institutions Group, she collaborated with the chairman of the FIG group to strategize business growth, develop pipeline and P&L, and oversee resource deployment. She also established and headed the capital market infrastructure practice in Asia in IBD and was a pivotal senior member of the firm’s Asia Asset Management and FinTech franchise. Her expertise spans extensively across M&A, equity, debt, and structured solutions transactions.

Philip has been with Citi for twenty-seven years, starting his journey on the graduate training program at Schroders in London in 1996. He is currently the Head of Global Technology and Communications Investment Banking based in San Francisco, overseeing all corporate and investment banking activities across the supergroup. Philip is a member of the Global Banking, Capital Markets and Advisory Executive Committee and the Global Accountability, Culture and Talent Advisory Council.

From 2016 to 2021, Philip was the EMEA Head of Banking, Capital Markets and Advisory based in London, managing Citi’s corporate and investment banking activity with a team of 2,000 bankers across 55 countries. He served on the EMEA Regional Executive Committee, was Head of Citi Women Affinity, and a Signatory to the Women in Finance Charter (HMT). Before this, he was the Americas Head of Equity Capital Markets (2011 - 2016) and Americas Head of Equity Syndication (2004 - 2011) in New York. Throughout his career, Philip has played a pivotal role in advising and leading many of the largest and most high-profile equity offerings globally, including those for Saudi Aramco, Alibaba, TenCent (Naspers), Visa, MasterCard, and General Motors.

Philip's commitment extends beyond his professional work. He is a 2021 Aspen Institute Finance Leader Fellow and serves on the Foundation Board of Exeter University and Reigate Grammar School. He also represented England Schools in the Decathlon and England Students in Rugby. Philip is married to Megan, and they have three children: Juliet, Alexander, and Isabel.

Mr. Majed Fakeeh joined The Saudi Investment Bank in 2012 and is a key figure in the Senior Leadership Team, overseeing the Corporate Banking Group, Project Finance, Structured Finance, Syndication, and SMEs. Claire has worked for Rothschild & Co for 27 years and Co-Heads Rothschild & Co’s Global Equity Market Solutions practice, which combines all of Rothschild’s public and private equity capital markets related capabilities. She is based in London but also spent more than a decade in Asia. She has considerable expertise in managing complex and high profile transactions globally and is a specialist in advising on IPOs, equity capital raisings and sell-downs for corporates and governments across the world. Dr. Abdullah Alshwer is the CEO of Riyad Capital, has extensive experience of more than 20 years in the invest- ment management sector. Prior to joining Riyad Capital, Abdullah served as the CEO and CIO of Ashmore Investment Saudi Arabia, Ashmore Group’s regional HQ, for almost six years. During his tenure, he led the com- pany's efforts to significantly expand its operations, coverage, and assets under management across the MENA region, making Ashmore Saudi Arabia one of the major international asset managers in the region.

Previous Positions

Before his tenure at Ashmore, Abdullah served as the Chief Executive of the Higher Education Fund (HEF), managing its multi-asset, multi-market investment portfolio. He was also a senior financial advisor to the Minister of Education, and served as Chairman and member of the Advisory Committee at the Capital Markets Authority (CMA). Additional- ly, he has held leadership positions and served as a board director in multiple local and international companies across various sectors, including banking, financing, technology, agriculture, hospitality, healthcare, education, and real estate. He has also been a fund board member for investment funds in the US and Saudi Arabia.

Abdullah holds a Ph.D. in Finance from the Lubar School of Business at the University of Wisconsin, an MBA in Finance and Information Systems from the John Neff College of Business at the University of Toledo, and a BA in Finance from King Saud University. William Fulbright Senior Scholar Award and traveled to post-apartheid South Africa in an attempt to rebuild the self-esteem and confidence that had been shattered in Black communities during years of segregation. In 1999, he was asked to return to Israel and apply his cultural conflict resolution experience in Middle East peace initiatives with the Young Leaders Network. Dr. Rittenberg served as both a mediator and communication specialist for the UNESCO Middle East Peace Process forum. He worked with leaders from Jordan, Israel, the Palestinian Authority, and Egypt on peaceful solutions to the Middle East conflict. Rittenberg led a special interest group symposium on arts-based programs for disadvantaged youth for use in community centers in the four countries.

Dr. Rittenberg is Distinguished Teaching Faculty at the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business where he was awarded the Earl F. Cheit Award for Excellence In Teaching. Additionally, he currently teaches expressive communication and presentation in Executive Education Programs at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley, the University of San Francisco, the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, and the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis. Dr. Rittenberg holds a Doctorate in International and Multicultural Education from the University of San Francisco. He also holds a Masters of Arts Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies in Education from San Francisco State and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Berkeley where he double majored in Education and Social Welfare.

Dr. Mohamed Farouk has been a member of ADES's Board and has served as the chief executive officer since 2012. During his tenure, he has spearheaded the company's expansion into new markets and services, transforming ADES into a leading global rig operator headquartered in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia since 2022. Dr. Farouk's prior experience includes a significant role at Invensys Operations Management (IOM), a FTSE 100 company, where he was the senior vice president for global delivery and operations based in Texas. His earlier positions at Invensys involved serving as Director of Invensys Global Engineering Excellence Centers in Egypt, India, China, and Argentina, and before that, he was the General Manager of Invensys Engineering and Services in Egypt.

Dr. Farouk's career commenced in 1991 as a Project Engineer at ConiSys Egypt, a provider of control and instrumentation systems technology. Academically, Dr. Farouk holds a PhD in Systems Engineering & Control from Case Western Reserve University of Ohio, USA, and he has also served as an Associate Professor of Electrical Engineering at Cairo University. In addition to his executive role, Dr. Farouk's past directorships include serving on the board of Schneider Electric for Process Systems. Currently, he holds positions as the Non-Executive Chairman of Schneider Electric Engineering and Services Egypt, and as a Board Member of Rameda Pharmaceutical.

Mohammed K. Alkhudair is the CEO of the National Company for Learning and Education (NCLE), a publicly listed company specializing in private school operation. Under his leadership since April 2019, the company achieved record-high annual revenues, expanded from 4 to 13 schools, and saw a 150% increase in student enrollment. Before becoming CEO, Mr. Alkhudair successfully led the company through its IPO in November 2018, resulting in a +500% increase in market value. Mazin Baghdadi is the CEO and MD of Alinma Investment Company, boasting over 22 years of comprehensive experience in the investment field. Osamah Mohammed Shaker joined GIB Capital as Chief Executive Officer and Board Member in June 2016. Osamah has extensive banking and investment experience in both international and domestic financial institutions within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Before his current role at GIB Capital, Osamah served as the Director General of Banking Control, overseeing and regulating all commercial banks in Saudi Arabia, and was a Senior Advisor to the Deputy Governor for Supervision at the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA). Prior to this, he garnered over 16 years of banking and investment experience in the kingdom with the Saudi British Bank and HSBC Saudi Arabia. Raman Aylur Subramanian leads MSCI’s solutions research, focusing on strategic and client-directed research and on designing, developing, and delivering services and products for clients. Al-Saeed held the position of Chief Supply Chain Officer at Al Salem United Group with Johnson Controls International. From July 2014 until April 2022, Eng’r. Al-Saeed worked as Director of Service Provider Relations at Bupa Arabia.

For nearly 11 years, from December 2003 until June 2013, Eng’r. Al-Saeed held several positions, starting as a Supply Chain Management Trainer, Supply Chain Manager, Internal Supply Chain Planning Manager, Production Plant Manager, Purchasing Manager in the Middle East and Africa, and Operational Operations Manager for Purchasing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Gulf at Unilever Arabia.

Eng’r. Al-Saeed completed a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering in 2001, and a Master’s Degree in Business Management in 2002 and System Engineering in 2003. He also acquired the following certificates, licenses, and memberships over the years: Membership of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (MCIPS), Certificated Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), Certificated Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), and Certificated in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM).

Canadian American, board-certified in internal medicine and infectious disease, is the director of the Saudi Society for Infectious Diseases and Microbiology. Recognized as the best physician, he was the president of the internal medicine program at the University of British Columbia in 2008. He is one of the most influential physicians in Saudi Arabia, known on social media for his contributions to medical education and awareness.

Musaab M. AlMulla is currently the Vice President of Energy & Economic Insights in Strategy & Market Analysis. His role involves overseeing the modeling and analyzing of global and domestic economic and energy markets, publishing the Company’s global & domestic energy outlook and pricing. Furthermore, he oversees the corporate centralized sustainability and ESG Strategy, including the publication of the Corporate Sustainability Report. Musaab is also a Director on the Board of Saudi Aramco Power Company. He assumed his current position after completing the one-year executive MBA of MIT Sloan Fellows Program in Cambridge, MA, USA. Prior to this, Musaab headed the Origination Department in New Business Development, responsible for originating and evaluating new business ideas through various business models for the Company in the energy sector and its adjacencies.

Throughout his career, Musaab has held various roles associated with integrated energy planning, mainly in the power and water sector for Saudi Arabia, as well as leading mega Project Management. In addition to the Bachelor and Master degrees obtained and graduation from the Company’s Engineering Specialist Program, Musaab has attended and participated in several conferences and seminars, presenting papers at recognized conferences. He has also been involved in the Company's Corporate Assessments and attended the six-week Stanford Executive Program in Stanford, California, USA, and the two-week Oxford Energy Seminar at St. Catherine’s College, Oxford, United Kingdom. Prior to being appointed as Senior Vice President, Finance & Group Chief Financial Officer, Mr. AlMuhaiza held various positions within SEC Group, with the most recent being the Vice President of Finance Operations. He also served as Executive Director of Treasury & Corporate Finance Sector and Director of Investment & Cash Management Department. He has extensive experience in portfolio management and treasury-related matters and has been actively involved in investments, insurance, risk management, and the corporate and project financing activities. He is also a board member of several companies and chairing various committees within SEC Group.

Before joining SEC in 2013, Mr. AlMuhaiza started his career in the investment banking industry at Saudi Fransi Capital. Mr. AlMuhaiza holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin. He is also a graduate of the Executive Management Program at INSEAD.

Abdulhameed Al Muhaidib serves as the Chief Financial Officer at ACWA Power. With more than 15 years’ experience, Mr. Al Muhaidib is a skilled leader having held several positions in both Business & Finance at ACWA Power. During the initial years of his career within the Group, Abdulhameed worked in Corporate Finance and served several roles in Project boards and committees, including NOMAC. Abdulhameed was then primarily involved in managing projects under execution in the UAE, including Noor Energy 1, which is the world largest CSP project. Before joining the company, he worked at HSBC Middle East / Saudi Arabia in Global Investment Banking and Advisory. Abdulhameed served as board member, audit committee member and risk committee member in many organizations including HSBC Saudi Arabia, Saudi Arabian British Bank (SABB), Savola Group and several ACWA Power subsidiaries. Abdulhameed holds a BBA Finance Major from University of Miami as well as an MBA from Pepperdine University Graziadio School of Business and Management. Riham ElGizy has over 20 years of international experience dedicated to impact-related investments through her extensive work as a leader in mergers and acquisitions, as well as strategy and business development experience. She was formerly head of Saudi Aramco’s Investment valuations and structuring, the function responsible for advising and formulating investment decisions for corporate and executive management, as well as government institutions. Prior to joining Saudi Aramco, she spent 16 years with BP in North America and North Africa. ElGizy has a track record in originating and executing energy, clean technology, and renewable energy transactions across the globe. She has advised strategy and investment boards and led negotiations with governments and privately held institutions.

ElGizy is a Sloan fellow MBA (MIT Sloan School of Management) and during her time at MIT, she worked on projects promoting sustainable economic growth in emerging markets through the deployment of innovative technology solutions and climate change simulations. She is currently CEO of the Voluntary Carbon Market (VCM). In her role at the helm of the VCM, she has launched the first voluntary carbon market in the MENA region and led the single largest voluntary carbon market auction to ever take place.

His Excellency Mr. Mohammed Aljadaan is the Saudi Minister of Finance for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, appointed in November 2016. He previously served as Chairman of the Board of the Saudi Capital Market Authority from January 2015 to November 2016, and was acting Minister of Economy and Planning from March 2020 until May 2021.

Mr. Mohammed A. El-Kuwaiz was appointed as the Chairman of the board of the Capital Market Authority (CMA) of Saudi Arabia in July 2017, after serving as the Vice Chairman since August 2016. Before his tenure at the CMA, Mr. El-Kuwaiz co-founded Derayah Financial Company, where he served as the CEO. His professional background includes a role as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company and positions in investment banking and corporate finance with Samba Financial Group.

In addition to his executive roles, Mr. El-Kuwaiz has contributed to various organizations as a board member. His board memberships include the Public Pension Agency, Al Yamamah Company for Reinforcing Steel Bars, and Al Bilad Bank. He has also been actively involved in several committees, holding memberships in the Securities and Investments Committee at the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Investment Committee at King Faisal Foundation, the Investment Committee at Sulaiman Bin Abdulaziz Al-Rajhi Holding Company, and the CMA’s Advisory Committee.

Mr. El-Kuwaiz's academic credentials include an MBA specializing in finance and entrepreneurship, which he obtained in 2003 from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business. He also holds a Bachelor of Administrative Sciences with Honors, majoring in Law, from King Saud University in Saudi Arabia, earned in 1998.

Mrs. Sarah Al-Suhaimi is the Chairperson of the Saudi Tadawul Holding Group Board of Directors, which is considered the largest exchange in the Middle East.

In her capacity, Mrs. AlSuhaimi spearheads Tadawul’ s efforts to integrate the Saudi capital market with global peers by way of aligning the platforms operations and governing regulations.

Mrs. AlSuhaimi is also the Chairperson of Lazard Ltd. in Saudi Arabia, the Middle East and North Africa, and a Board Member at the Saudi Telecom Company, the Saudi Arabian Airlines Public Agency and the Cultural Development Fund, and the Regional Voluntary Carbon Market Company. In addition, Mrs. AlSuhaimi is a trustee of the International Financial Reporting Standards Foundation and a We-Fi Leadership Champion.

Mrs. Al-Suhaimi served as the CEO of Saudi National Bank Capital (SNB Capital) from 2014 to 2021 and was a member of the Board of Directors. During her tenure, AUMs grew by over four times, NCBC's brokerage market share increased by more than 10% and the bank executed multiple large investment banking mandates earning league table status in DCM and M&A.

Mrs. AlSuhaimi served a two-year term as Vice-Chairperson of the Advisory Committee of the Capital Market Authority (CMA) Board of Directors from 2013 to 2015.

Prior to that, Mrs. AlSuhaimi led the asset and wealth management division at Jadwa Investment Company, where she was also the Chief Investment Officer from 2007 to 2014, and a member of the firms’ Management Committee. Mrs. AlSuhaimi started her career within asset management at Samba Capital.

Mrs. AlSuhaimi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with Honors from King Saud University, and completed the General Management program in Harvard Business School.

Ziad T. Al-Murshed was appointed as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, effective May 1, 2022.

Prior to this position, Al-Murshed was acting service line head for Finance, Strategy & Development, a role he started in July 2021. Al-Murshed has also served as the vice president of Fuels & Lubricants, the vice president of International Operations, and the vice president of Downstream Growth & Integration.

Other previous posts include that of executive director of New Business Development, and the general manager and head of Transaction Development, responsible for executing joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, as well as third-party and other transactions.

Al-Murshed joined the company in 1991 and started his career as a producing engineer in the Exploration and Producing business line, which is currently named Upstream. He moved to Downstream in 1998 and assumed several responsibilities covering refining, marketing, and joint venture development, and coordination.

From 2005 to 2008, he worked at Ras Tanura Refinery, where he became superintendent of operations. In 2008, Al-Murshed moved to Corporate Planning, where he was responsible for the Company’s long-range business plan. From 2010 to 2012, he served as manager of Yanbu’ Fractionation Plant. In 2012,he was appointed manager of Business Analysis in Corporate Planning, later becoming the director of Economic & Energy Analysis. From 2013 to 2015, he was the director of Strategic Planning for the Group. Al-Murshed is a member of the board of directors of SABIC and chairman of the Wisayah Global Investment Company. He previously served as the chairman of the board of directors of Waed Ventures, vice chairman of the board of directors of the Industrialization and Energy Services Company (TAQA), deputy chairman of, and a member of the board of managers of the International Maritime Industries Company. He also served on the boards of directors of S-Oil Corporation, Motiva Enterprises, Sadara Chemicals Company, the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (Modon), and the Saudi Arabian Industrial Investment Company (Dussur).

Al-Murshed holds a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from Arizona State University, and an MBA from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He is also a graduate of the General Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Dr. Manar Al Moneef is NEOM Chief Investment Officer, responsible for developing and implementing NEOM investment strategy by creating growth initiatives and building partnerships. Previously President & CEO of GE Renewable Energy, she held leadership roles in oil & gas and healthcare. Manar has an executive MBA from Harvard Business School and a PhD from Leicester University.

Gautam has been leading the King Abdullah Financial District Development & Management Company (KAFD DMC) as CEO since 2021, where he is pivotal in transforming the district into a prominent business and lifestyle destination, boasting state-of-the-art physical and digital infrastructure. His notable career traverses both the private and public sectors, spanning various industries such as oil and gas, real estate development, Free Zone regulation and development, trade facilitation, and healthcare.

After nearly two decades at Shell, Gautam transitioned to various leadership positions across the Middle East. From 2014 to 2019, he served as the CEO of the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC), overseeing a diverse portfolio that includes the DMCC Free Zone, property and community development, setting standards for, and facilitating commodities trade in Dubai, in addition to financial services like clearing house and trade finance products. After his tenure at DMCC, he played a crucial role in the launch of the largest hospital startup in Abu Dhabi, a joint venture between the Mayo Clinic (USA) and Abu Dhabi Health Services (SEHA).

In addition to his executive roles, Gautam holds several board positions. He is a Member of the Audit Advisory Committee at UNOPS in Copenhagen, an Advisor to Fintech Innovations International, and a part of Risk Quotient Ltd, a specialized cyber risk consultancy. His influence and leadership in business have earned him a spot on Forbes’ top 50 Indian Business Executives list.

Mohammed Al-Rumaih is the Saudi Exchange CEO. Prior to this, Mohammed was the Chief of Markets for the Exchange where he oversaw Saudi Exchange’s Markets operations, including the Main Market, Nomu-Parallel Market, Sukuk and Bonds, and others. Since joining the Saudi Exchange in 2009, Mohammed has held various leadership positions, including Head of Primary Market and Chief of Sales and Marketing.

He has extensive experience in the financial services sector and has led the Exchange through numerous milestones and a period of exponential growth and transformation. He has been instrumental in the Exchange’s adoption of new market enhancements and products to further cement its status as an advanced capital market and regional powerhouse. His notable achievements include Saudi Exchange’s inclusion in emerging market indices, the revamp of the Nomu-Parallel Market, the success of the Saudi Capital Market enhancement program, and facilitating the smooth public listing of Saudi Aramco, the world’s largest IPO, in 2019.

Mohammed holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, and an Executive MBA from the Manchester Business School.

Wilfred Yiu, at 54, brings over 25 years of experience to his role in international capital markets. He joined Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) in April 2019 and currently serves as the Co-Chief Operating Officer. Prior to HKEX, Mr. Yiu held significant positions including Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Beijing Gao Hua Securities Company Limited, a strategic partner of Goldman Sachs, and Chairman of Qian Kun Futures Co Ltd. His career also includes a tenure as Managing Director, FICC at Goldman Sachs. Since 2020, Mr. Yiu has been a member of the Securities Compensation Fund Committee of the SFC.

Mr. Yiu's academic background is as distinguished as his professional career. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Washington. Furthermore, he has a Master of Science in Computer Science from Stanford University and a Master of Business Administration from Stern School of Business, New York University.

Mr. Capstick is the Global Co-Head of Market Infrastructure investment banking coverage at J.P. Morgan, overseeing relationships with institutions in the Exchange, Brokerage, Infrastructure, and Financial Technology sectors across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). He brings 24 years of investment banking experience to his role. Previously, Mr. Capstick served as Co-Head of the Financial Institutions Group for EMEA at J.P. Morgan.

He joined J.P. Morgan in November 2008 after a significant tenure at Morgan Stanley, where he spent 12 years as a Managing Director in the Financial Institutions practice, specializing in the Market Infrastructure sector. Mr. Capstick's career commenced at the Banque Nationale de Paris, where he dedicated four years to working in France.

Ed Sankey, Global Head of ECM, joined HSBC in September 2019 from Deutsche Bank where he spent 15 years as Co-Head of European ECM and Global Head of Equity Syndicate. Previously, Ed was working in the ECM team at JP Morgan and started his career at Fleming Martin, the South African JV of Robert Fleming. In his 25-year career, Ed has worked on hundreds of some of the largest and high-profile IPOs, primary follow-on, and secondary blocks around the world for Corporates, Private Equity firms, and Sovereign entities.

Khalid's entire career has been in the investment banking space, beginning with Merrill Lynch in London. This was followed by a significant tenure of 12 years at Gulf International Bank, where he ascended to the position of Head of Investment Banking. Subsequently, Khalid transitioned to Mizuho Saudi Arabia, taking on the roles of Managing Director and Board Member. His career progression continued as he later assumed the positions of CEO and Board Member at Credit Suisse Saudi Arabia.

During his illustrious career, Khalid has successfully completed capital market transactions valued at more than USD 50 billion. His academic foundation is equally impressive, holding a BA (Hons) from the University of London and an MBA from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Kashif Riaz, Managing Director, leads BlackRock’s Financial Markets Advisory business for the Middle East, which delivers a range of advisory services including capital markets, portfolio construction, sustainability, and data & analytics solutions to official sector and financial institution clients. He primarily focuses on capital markets topics such as infrastructure financing, public-private partnerships, blended finance, and development finance institutions. Prior to assuming his current responsibilities in November 2021, Mr. Riaz was a member of the Investment Grade Credit Platform leadership team in Fundamental Fixed Income. In this role, he was responsible for managing and evolving key elements of the investment process, developing investment themes and positioning views, assessing top-down and industry-level market drivers, and driving the business and organizational strategy of the platform.

Mr. Riaz joined BlackRock in 2010 as a founding member of BlackRock Capital Markets, where he headed the group’s Global Investment Grade Credit team and spearheaded the firm’s primary market engagement in the asset class. Mr. Riaz served as a member of the Investment Committees for BlackRock’s Infrastructure Debt funds. He also contributed to the development of the firm’s public positioning on bond market structure and liquidity. Mr. Riaz began his career at J.P. Morgan, where he worked for 12 years in both Investment Banking Coverage and Debt Capital Markets. Mr. Riaz received an MBA degree from Columbia University in 2005 and an SB degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1998.

Ramu Thiagarajan is Senior Investment Advisor/Economist at State Street. He is the Chairperson of the Editorial Board that oversees all thought leadership – with focus on global macro trends, geopolitics as well as sustainability and climate related issues. In this role, he works with investment leaders across the firm and interacts with monetary authorities and regulators. As part of this role, he authors research papers and represents the firm on macro topics such as inflation, deglobalization, climate, sustainability and other related topics.

Prior to this role as senior investment advisor, he was Global Head of Fixed Income and Currency research and chair of the Technical Committee in the asset management division of State Street, which he joined in 2017. Prior to joining State Street, Ramu was the global head of fixed income research and risk in AllianceBernstein. His earlier roles included global head of research division in Deutsche Asset Management and research and portfolio management divisions in other organizations including Mellon Capital.

Ramu’s tenure in the financial services industry spans nearly 30 years with many leadership roles in research, risk and portfolio construction across a wide variety of global asset classes – equity, fixed income and currency. Ramu started his career as a professor of accounting and finance in Kellogg, Northwestern University. As a professor and consultant, Ramu had extensive exposure to financial services industry and regulators. Based on his research, he wrote a number of seminal appears including papers on earnings quality, risk parity, hedging and risk management. He has published more than 25 papers in leading academic and industry journals globally.

His pioneering research has been instrumental in the development of many key factors/metrics in both equity and fixed income models for asset management. Ramu’s recent research has focused on key macro topics including the shifting relationship between oil and dollar, deglobalization, weaponization of finance, generative AI, inflation, central bank digital currency, friend-shoring, and climate risks.

Samy-Adrien Akoum is the Head of Systematic Trading EMEA for Citadel Securities. He has been instrumental in driving the firm's expansion into new products and markets. Additionally, Samy has played a pivotal role in overseeing the launches of new businesses across Europe and the Middle-East. Before joining Citadel Securities, he was part of TransMarket Group, where he led the energy futures trading team.

In terms of academic credentials, Samy is highly qualified, holding a Masters of Science in Executive Engineering from Mines ParisTech. He also earned a Masters of Quantitative Finance from University Paris Dauphine, further solidifying his expertise in the field.

Mr. Al-Hazzani is the Chief Executive Officer of Muqassa and has held that position since its establishment in May 2018. He also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Security Depository Center Company (Edaa) since 2018 and Saudi Exchange since April 2021. Prior to his appointment as the CEO of Muqassa, Mr. Al-Hazzani held a variety of positions such as Head of Clearing and Settlement and was a Risk Planning Manager who was responsible for maintaining risk management processes and policies for Saudi Exchange and designed, developed and recommended a variety of strategies in order to minimize risk exposure.

He carries a breadth of knowledge in the capital markets, risk management, clearing and settlement industry. He held many leading positions within the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul), including heading the clearing and settlement function, along with the Post-Trade Transformation Program.

Mr. Al-Hazzani holds an MBA, a Minor in Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from King Saud University, Saudi Arabia.

Yazeed Alnafjan was appointed as the Deputy Governor for Financial Innovation at the Saudi Central Bank in 2024. In his role, he is at the forefront of the Central Bank and Regulatory Authority's efforts to foster financial sector development, which includes spearheading both internal organizational development and market development within the regulatory scope of SAMA. His team is dedicated to areas such as Market Development, Innovation, Central Bank Digital Currency, Virtual Assets, and Open Banking, ensuring comprehensive industry growth and timely regulatory progress by introducing new products and services to the market.

Moreover, Alnafjan leads the implementation and oversight of the Fintech Strategy, which significantly contributes to the goals of Saudi Arabia Vision 2030. Les's most recent role was as the Chief Executive Officer of both the Dubai Gold & Commodities Exchange (DGCX) and the Dubai Commodities Clearing Corporation (DCCC) - the largest and most diversified derivatives Exchange group in the Middle East, typically trading c. $2bn/day across 4 major asset classes; FX, Metals, Equities, and Hydrocarbons. He now leads ELEM Capital, a global specialist management consultancy, providing Strategic Advisory and Board Directorship services to a diverse portfolio of companies and stock exchanges.

Before his time at DGCX, Les served at Nasdaq, where he was responsible for EU/UK client-facing activities on the Global Commodities product suite. His career began with managing strategic projects for the UK Network Code, which eventually led to the development of Europe’s first gas spot market (the OCM). Subsequently, he held the position of Commercial Director at EnMO and continued in that role for APX-Endex. In 2010, Les became the European Managing Director for the Green Exchange, a US-backed venture for global carbon trading. Following its acquisition by the CME Group, his responsibilities expanded to include European gas and Global LNG strategy for Nymex before he transitioned to Nasdaq in 2014.

Scott O’Malia is the Chief Executive Officer of the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. (ISDA), a role he has been in since August 2014. In his capacity at ISDA, Scott has spearheaded the Association’s commitment to promoting safe and efficient markets, as well as the development of industry standards and legal documentation. His initiatives include advocating for common standards to facilitate the application of technology, fostering innovation through scalable fintech and regtech solutions.

Paul Humphrey, the CEO of BMLL, boasts over 30 years of experience in financial markets, having held global executive management positions in Investment Banking, Stock Exchange Management, Market Data Vendors, and Brokerages. Nick Druett is the Managing Director in EMEA Execution Services for Bank of America Securities. He leads the EMEA Electronic trading franchise and the EMEA Execution Services platform team. Nick is also a member of the EMEA Equities leadership team.

Almadi began his career in 2006 with Cisco as the service account manager and then moved to Oracle in 2009, where he focused on client management in the financial services industry. Casey Ge is the Group Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer of Wind Information Co. Ltd and concurrently serves as CEO of Wind Information International, managing the group’s international business. Before her engagement with Wind in 2021, Casey was a senior executive director at Goldman Sachs Investment Banking Division (IBD) in Hong Kong. Philip has been with Citi for twenty-seven years, starting his journey on the graduate training program at Schroders in London in 1996. He is currently the Head of Global Technology and Communications Investment Banking based in San Francisco, overseeing all corporate and investment banking activities across the supergroup. Philip is a member of the Global Banking, Capital Markets and Advisory Executive Committee and the Global Accountability, Culture and Talent Advisory Council.

From 2016 to 2021, Philip was the EMEA Head of Banking, Capital Markets and Advisory based in London, managing Citi’s corporate and investment banking activity with a team of 2,000 bankers across 55 countries. Philip's commitment extends beyond his professional work. He is a 2021 Aspen Institute Finance Leader Fellow and serves on the Foundation Board of Exeter University and Reigate Grammar School. He also represented England Schools in the Decathlon and England Students in Rugby. Philip is married to Megan, and they have three children: Juliet, Alexander, and Isabel.

Mr. Majed Fakeeh joined The Saudi Investment Bank in 2012 and is a key figure in the Senior Leadership Team, overseeing the Corporate Banking Group, Project Finance, Structured Finance, Syndication, and SMEs. His responsibilities also extend to board memberships, including his role as a Board Member of Amlak International for Real Estate Financing, a publicly listed company, since 2012, and his position as a Board Member at Alistithmar Capital, a CMA licensed company, since 2021. Mr. Fakeeh embarked on his banking career in 1995 after earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance from King Saud University.

Nick is an accomplished financial technology professional with over 25 years of experience in delivering top-quality business solutions, primarily within the investment banking industry. His career includes roles at leading Fintech Service Providers like Tibco and positions at Global Investment Banks such as Chase Manhattan Bank, Lehman Brothers, and Nomura.

Throughout his career, Nick has successfully led organizations through large-scale enterprise and data platform transformation projects. His expertise spans from the initial idea conception to obtaining board-level approval, and from implementation to successful project completion. At Lehman Brothers, he served as the Global Head of Middleware, Market Data Technology & Direct Exchange Feed Services for 7 years before transitioning to the same role at Nomura. Following this, he was Nomura’s Front Office Digital Innovation Program Manager (EMEA) for 2 years, until he left in 2020 to launch Eventi Consulting.

Nick's current interests revolve around expanding his network of emerging technology innovators. Outside of his professional environment, Nicholas is passionate about his hobby of tinkering with classic cars.

His Excellency Mr. Mohammed Aljadaan is the Saudi Minister of Finance for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, appointed in November 2016. He previously served as Chairman of the Board of the Saudi Capital Market Authority from January 2015 to November 2016, and was acting Minister of Economy and Planning from March 2020 until May 2021.

As Saudi Minister of Finance, His Excellency leads a number of boards and committees, including: Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA); Chairman of the Board of Directors of the State Properties General Authority; Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Government Expenditure and Projects Efficiency Authority; Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Organization for Social Insurance; and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Center for Privatization. He is also a member of the Council of Economic and Development Affairs, the Board of Directors of the Public Investment Fund, the Board of Directors of the National Development Fund, the Board of Directors of Saudi Aramco, and the Board of Directors of the General Authority for Military Industries.

Minister Aljadaan holds a bachelor’s degree in Islamic economics from Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University, and a higher diploma in legal studies from the Institute of Public Administration in Riyadh.

Mr. Mohammed A. El-Kuwaiz was appointed as the Chairman of the board of the Capital Market Authority (CMA) of Saudi Arabia in July 2017, after serving as the Vice Chairman since August 2016. Before his tenure at the CMA, Mr. El-Kuwaiz co-founded Derayah Financial Company, where he served as the CEO. His professional background includes a role as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company and positions in investment banking and corporate finance with Samba Financial Group.

In addition to his executive roles, Mr. El-Kuwaiz has contributed to various organizations as a board member. His board memberships include the Public Pension Agency, Al Yamamah Company for Reinforcing Steel Bars, and Al Bilad Bank. He has also been actively involved in several committees, holding memberships in the Securities and Investments Committee at the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Investment Committee at King Faisal Foundation, the Investment Committee at Sulaiman Bin Abdulaziz Al-Rajhi Holding Company, and the CMA’s Advisory Committee.

Mr. El-Kuwaiz's academic credentials include an MBA specializing in finance and entrepreneurship, which he obtained in 2003 from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business. He also holds a Bachelor of Administrative Sciences with Honors, majoring in Law, from King Saud University in Saudi Arabia, earned in 1998.

Ziad T. Al-Murshed was appointed as Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, effective May 1, 2022.

Prior to this position, Al-Murshed was acting service line head for Finance, Strategy & Development, a role he started in July 2021. Al-Murshed has also served as the vice president of Fuels & Lubricants, the vice president of International Operations, and the vice president of Downstream Growth & Integration.

Other previous posts include that of executive director of New Business Development, and the general manager and head of Transaction Development, responsible for executing joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, as well as third-party and other transactions.

Al-Murshed joined the company in 1991 and started his career as a producing engineer in the Exploration and Producing business line, which is currently named Upstream. He moved to Downstream in 1998 and assumed several responsibilities covering refining, marketing, and joint venture development, and coordination.

From 2005 to 2008, he worked at Ras Tanura Refinery, where he became superintendent of operations. In 2008, Al-Murshed moved to Corporate Planning, where he was responsible for the Company’s long-range business plan. From 2010 to 2012, he served as manager of Yanbu’ Fractionation Plant. In 2012,he was appointed manager of Business Analysis in Corporate Planning, later becoming the director of Economic & Energy Analysis. From 2013 to 2015, he was the director of Strategic Planning for the Group. Al-Murshed is a member of the board of directors of SABIC and chairman of the Wisayah Global Investment Company. He previously served as the chairman of the board of directors of Waed Ventures, vice chairman of the board of directors of the Industrialization and Energy Services Company (TAQA), deputy chairman of, and a member of the board of managers of the International Maritime Industries Company. He also served on the boards of directors of S-Oil Corporation, Motiva Enterprises, Sadara Chemicals Company, the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (Modon), and the Saudi Arabian Industrial Investment Company (Dussur).

Al-Murshed holds a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from Arizona State University, and an MBA from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He is also a graduate of the General Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Dr. Manar Al Moneef is NEOM Chief Investment Officer, responsible for developing and implementing NEOM investment strategy by creating growth initiatives and building partnerships. Previously President & CEO of GE Renewable Energy, she held leadership roles in oil & gas and healthcare. Manar has an executive MBA from Harvard Business School and a PhD from Leicester University.

Gautam has been leading the King Abdullah Financial District Development & Management Company (KAFD DMC) as CEO since 2021, where he is pivotal in transforming the district into a prominent business and lifestyle destination, boasting state-of-the-art physical and digital infrastructure. His notable career traverses both the private and public sectors, spanning various industries such as oil and gas, real estate development, Free Zone regulation and development, trade facilitation, and healthcare.

After nearly two decades at Shell, Gautam transitioned to various leadership positions across the Middle East. From 2014 to 2019, he served as the CEO of the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC), overseeing a diverse portfolio that includes the DMCC Free Zone, property and community development, setting standards for, and facilitating commodities trade in Dubai, in addition to financial services like clearing house and trade finance products. After his tenure at DMCC, he played a crucial role in the launch of the largest hospital startup in Abu Dhabi, a joint venture between the Mayo Clinic (USA) and Abu Dhabi Health Services (SEHA).

In addition to his executive roles, Gautam holds several board positions. He is a Member of the Audit Advisory Committee at UNOPS in Copenhagen, an Advisor to Fintech Innovations International, and a part of Risk Quotient Ltd, a specialized cyber risk consultancy. His influence and leadership in business have earned him a spot on Forbes’ top 50 Indian Business Executives list.

Mohammed Al-Rumaih is the Saudi Exchange CEO. Prior to this, Mohammed was the Chief of Markets for the Exchange where he oversaw Saudi Exchange’s Markets operations, including the Main Market, Nomu-Parallel Market, Sukuk and Bonds, and others. Since joining the Saudi Exchange in 2009, Mohammed has held various leadership positions, including Head of Primary Market and Chief of Sales and Marketing.

He has extensive experience in the financial services sector and has led the Exchange through numerous milestones and a period of exponential growth and transformation. He has been instrumental in the Exchange’s adoption of new market enhancements and products to further cement its status as an advanced capital market and regional powerhouse. His notable achievements include Saudi Exchange’s inclusion in emerging market indices, the revamp of the Nomu-Parallel Market, the success of the Saudi Capital Market enhancement program, and facilitating the smooth public listing of Saudi Aramco, the world’s largest IPO, in 2019.

Mohammed holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, and an Executive MBA from the Manchester Business School.

Wilfred Yiu, at 54, brings over 25 years of experience to his role in international capital markets. He joined Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) in April 2019 and currently serves as the Co-Chief Operating Officer. Prior to HKEX, Mr. Yiu held significant positions including Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Beijing Gao Hua Securities Company Limited, a strategic partner of Goldman Sachs, and Chairman of Qian Kun Futures Co Ltd. His career also includes a tenure as Managing Director, FICC at Goldman Sachs. Since 2020, Mr. Yiu has been a member of the Securities Compensation Fund Committee of the SFC.

Mr. Yiu's academic background is as distinguished as his professional career. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Washington. Furthermore, he has a Master of Science in Computer Science from Stanford University and a Master of Business Administration from Stern School of Business, New York University.

Mr. Capstick is the Global Co-Head of Market Infrastructure investment banking coverage at J.P. Morgan, overseeing relationships with institutions in the Exchange, Brokerage, Infrastructure, and Financial Technology sectors across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). He brings 24 years of investment banking experience to his role. Previously, Mr. Capstick served as Co-Head of the Financial Institutions Group for EMEA at J.P. Morgan.

He joined J.P. Morgan in November 2008 after a significant tenure at Morgan Stanley, where he spent 12 years as a Managing Director in the Financial Institutions practice, specializing in the Market Infrastructure sector. Mr. Capstick's career commenced at the Banque Nationale de Paris, where he dedicated four years to working in France.

Ed Sankey, Global Head of ECM, joined HSBC in September 2019 from Deutsche Bank where he spent 15 years as Co-Head of European ECM and Global Head of Equity Syndicate. Previously, Ed was working in the ECM team at JP Morgan and started his career at Fleming Martin, the South African JV of Robert Fleming. In his 25-year career, Ed has worked on hundreds of some of the largest and high-profile IPOs, primary follow-on, and secondary blocks around the world for Corporates, Private Equity firms, and Sovereign entities.

Khalid's entire career has been in the investment banking space, beginning with Merrill Lynch in London. This was followed by a significant tenure of 12 years at Gulf International Bank, where he ascended to the position of Head of Investment Banking. Subsequently, Khalid transitioned to Mizuho Saudi Arabia, taking on the roles of Managing Director and Board Member. His career progression continued as he later assumed the positions of CEO and Board Member at Credit Suisse Saudi Arabia.

During his illustrious career, Khalid has successfully completed capital market transactions valued at more than USD 50 billion. His academic foundation is equally impressive, holding a BA (Hons) from the University of London and an MBA from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Kashif Riaz, Managing Director, leads BlackRock’s Financial Markets Advisory business for the Middle East, which delivers a range of advisory services including capital markets, portfolio construction, sustainability, and data & analytics solutions to official sector and financial institution clients. He primarily focuses on capital markets topics such as infrastructure financing, public-private partnerships, blended finance, and development finance institutions. Prior to assuming his current responsibilities in November 2021, Mr. Riaz was a member of the Investment Grade Credit Platform leadership team in Fundamental Fixed Income. In this role, he was responsible for managing and evolving key elements of the investment process, developing investment themes and positioning views, assessing top-down and industry-level market drivers, and driving the business and organizational strategy of the platform.

Mr. Riaz joined BlackRock in 2010 as a founding member of BlackRock Capital Markets, where he headed the group’s Global Investment Grade Credit team and spearheaded the firm’s primary market engagement in the asset class. Mr. Riaz served as a member of the Investment Committees for BlackRock’s Infrastructure Debt funds. He also contributed to the development of the firm’s public positioning on bond market structure and liquidity. Mr. Riaz began his career at J.P. Morgan, where he worked for 12 years in both Investment Banking Coverage and Debt Capital Markets. Mr. Riaz received an MBA degree from Columbia University in 2005 and an SB degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1998.

Ramu Thiagarajan is Senior Investment Advisor/Economist at State Street. He is the Chairperson of the Editorial Board that oversees all thought leadership – with focus on global macro trends, geopolitics as well as sustainability and climate related issues. In this role, he works with investment leaders across the firm and interacts with monetary authorities and regulators. As part of this role, he authors research papers and represents the firm on macro topics such as inflation, deglobalization, climate, sustainability and other related topics.

Prior to this role as senior investment advisor, he was Global Head of Fixed Income and Currency research and chair of the Technical Committee in the asset management division of State Street, which he joined in 2017. Prior to joining State Street, Ramu was the global head of fixed income research and risk in AllianceBernstein. His earlier roles included global head of research division in Deutsche Asset Management and research and portfolio management divisions in other organizations including Mellon Capital.

Ramu’s tenure in the financial services industry spans nearly 30 years with many leadership roles in research, risk and portfolio construction across a wide variety of global asset classes – equity, fixed income and currency. Ramu started his career as a professor of accounting and finance in Kellogg, Northwestern University. As a professor and consultant, Ramu had extensive exposure to financial services industry and regulators. Based on his research, he wrote a number of seminal appears including papers on earnings quality, risk parity, hedging and risk management. He has published more than 25 papers in leading academic and industry journals globally.

His pioneering research has been instrumental in the development of many key factors/metrics in both equity and fixed income models for asset management. Ramu’s recent research has focused on key macro topics including the shifting relationship between oil and dollar, deglobalization, weaponization of finance, generative AI, inflation, central bank digital currency, friend-shoring, and climate risks.

Samy-Adrien Akoum is the Head of Systematic Trading EMEA for Citadel Securities. He has been instrumental in driving the firm's expansion into new products and markets. Additionally, Samy has played a pivotal role in overseeing the launches of new businesses across Europe and the Middle-East. Before joining Citadel Securities, he was part of TransMarket Group, where he led the energy futures trading team.

In terms of academic credentials, Samy is highly qualified, holding a Masters of Science in Executive Engineering from Mines ParisTech. He also earned a Masters of Quantitative Finance from University Paris Dauphine, further solidifying his expertise in the field.

Mr. Al-Hazzani is the Chief Executive Officer of Muqassa and has held that position since its establishment in May 2018. He also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Security Depository Center Company (Edaa) since 2018 and Saudi Exchange since April 2021. Prior to his appointment as the CEO of Muqassa, Mr. Al-Hazzani held a variety of positions such as Head of Clearing and Settlement and was a Risk Planning Manager who was responsible for maintaining risk management processes and policies for Saudi Exchange and designed, developed and recommended a variety of strategies in order to minimize risk exposure.

He carries a breadth of knowledge in the capital markets, risk management, clearing and settlement industry. He held many leading positions within the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul), including heading the clearing and settlement function, along with the Post-Trade Transformation Program.

Mr. Al-Hazzani holds an MBA, a Minor in Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from King Saud University, Saudi Arabia.

Yazeed Alnafjan was appointed as the Deputy Governor for Financial Innovation at the Saudi Central Bank in 2024. In his role, he is at the forefront of the Central Bank and Regulatory Authority's efforts to foster financial sector development, which includes spearheading both internal organizational development and market development within the regulatory scope of SAMA. His team is dedicated to areas such as Market Development, Innovation, Central Bank Digital Currency, Virtual Assets, and Open Banking, ensuring comprehensive industry growth and timely regulatory progress by introducing new products and services to the market.

Moreover, Alnafjan leads the implementation and oversight of the Fintech Strategy, which significantly contributes to the goals of Saudi Arabia Vision 2030. Mohammed is the CEO of Derayah, responsible for the company’s strategy and overall business and commercial activities. With over 20 years of experience in financial services, financial markets, corporate strategy, and investment management and advisory, Mohammed has a proven track record of success. Prior to his role as CEO, Mohammed served as the Chief Investment Officer for Derayah since 2014, overseeing investment activities across various asset classes. Les Male has over 30 years of experience in the Global Commodities industry, with particular expertise across Exchanges, risk management, and trading systems. Recognized as an extensively networked and award-winning business leader, Les has a consistent track record of driving new business and growth, building outstanding customer relationships, and simultaneously protecting and growing shareholder returns.

Les's most recent role was as the Chief Executive Officer of both the Dubai Gold & Commodities Exchange (DGCX) and the Dubai Commodities Clearing Corporation (DCCC) - the largest and most diversified derivatives Exchange group in the Middle East, typically trading c. $2bn/day across 4 major asset classes; FX, Metals, Equities, and Hydrocarbons. He now leads ELEM Capital, a global specialist management consultancy, providing Strategic Advisory and Board Directorship services to a diverse portfolio of companies and stock exchanges.

Before his time at DGCX, Les served at Nasdaq, where he was responsible for EU/UK client-facing activities on the Global Commodities product suite. His career began with managing strategic projects for the UK Network Code, which eventually led to the development of Europe’s first gas spot market (the OCM). Subsequently, he held the position of Commercial Director at EnMO and continued in that role for APX-Endex. In 2010, Les became the European Managing Director for the Green Exchange, a US-backed venture for global carbon trading. Following its acquisition by the CME Group, his responsibilities expanded to include European gas and Global LNG strategy for Nymex before he transitioned to Nasdaq in 2014.

Ken has 30 years experience in Equity and Equity-linked capital markets in previous roles as Head of EMEA Equity Capital Markets at Citi, Global Head of Equity Capital Markets at Dresdner Kleinwort and Head of EMEA Equity-Linked at Credit Suisse. Ken started his investment banking career at Schroders having qualified as an accountant at Deloitte and has worked in London, New York, Hong Kong and Sydney.

Mohammed has more than 17 years of experience in investment and commercial banking, having held responsibilities including business development for the corporate sector, distinguished service management for the retail sector, and wealth and securities management in investment banking. Mohammed holds a Bachelor’s degree in engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM) and professional certificates accreditation.

Paul Humphrey, the CEO of BMLL, boasts over 30 years of experience in financial markets, having held global executive management positions in Investment Banking, Stock Exchange Management, Market Data Vendors, and Brokerages. Nick Druett is the Managing Director in EMEA Execution Services for Bank of America Securities. He leads the EMEA Electronic trading franchise and the EMEA Execution Services platform team. Nick is also a member of the EMEA Equities leadership team.

Almadi began his career in 2006 with Cisco as the service account manager and then moved to Oracle in 2009, where he focused on client management in the financial services industry. In 2012, he transitioned to EMC, taking up the role of education sector manager and leading sales efforts with educational institutions in the kingdom.

In 2017, Bader joined the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (MCIT) of Saudi Arabia, serving as an advisor to The Minister on international partnerships. During his tenure, he spearheaded several partnership initiatives that bolstered the kingdom’s international presence with technology corporations, non-government organizations (NGOs), and not-for-profit organizations (NPOs).

Casey Ge is the Group Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer of Wind Information Co. Ltd and concurrently serves as CEO of Wind Information International, managing the group’s international business. Wind is a leading financial information and software company in Asia, with a global presence and nearly 4,000 employees.

Before her engagement with Wind in 2021, Casey was a senior executive director at Goldman Sachs Investment Banking Division (IBD) in Hong Kong. Philip has been with Citi for twenty-seven years, starting his journey on the graduate training program at Schroders in London in 1996. He is currently the Head of Global Technology and Communications Investment Banking based in San Francisco, overseeing all corporate and investment banking activities across the supergroup. Philip is a member of the Global Banking, Capital Markets and Advisory Executive Committee and the Global Accountability, Culture and Talent Advisory Council.

From 2016 to 2021, Philip was the EMEA Head of Banking, Capital Markets and Advisory based in London, managing Citi’s corporate and investment banking activity with a team of 2,000 bankers across 55 countries. He served on the EMEA Regional Executive Committee, was Head of Citi Women Affinity, and a Signatory to the Women in Finance Charter (HMT). Before this, he was the Americas Head of Equity Capital Markets (2011 - 2016) and Americas Head of Equity Syndication (2004 - 2011) in New York. Throughout his career, Philip has played a pivotal role in advising and leading many of the largest and most high-profile equity offerings globally, including those for Saudi Aramco, Alibaba, TenCent (Naspers), Visa, MasterCard, and General Motors.

Philip's commitment extends beyond his professional work. He is a 2021 Aspen Institute Finance Leader Fellow and serves on the Foundation Board of Exeter University and Reigate Grammar School. In 1999, he was asked to return to Israel and apply his cultural conflict resolution experience in Middle East peace initiatives with the Young Leaders Network. Dr. Rittenberg served as both a mediator and communication specialist for the UNESCO Middle East Peace Process forum. He worked with leaders from Jordan, Israel, the Palestinian Authority, and Egypt on peaceful solutions to the Middle East conflict. Rittenberg led a special interest group symposium on arts-based programs for disadvantaged youth for use in community centers in the four countries.

Dr. Rittenberg is Distinguished Teaching Faculty at the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business where he was awarded the Earl F. Cheit Award for Excellence In Teaching. Additionally, he currently teaches expressive communication and presentation in Executive Education Programs at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley, the University of San Francisco, the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, and the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis. Waleed Mohsin is Head of CEEMEA Research and also leads Dubai research team. He has primary coverage of CEEMEA Financials. Waleed joined Goldman Sachs as an analyst in Global Investment Research in 2008 and was named managing director in 2017. Abdullah Binghannam is the CMA Deputy of Financing & Investment, tasked with the responsibility of overseeing the offering of all types of securities in the Kingdom, including stocks, debt instruments, and funds. His role also involves developing regulatory concepts and policies related to new financial products, securities offerings, and issuance mechanisms. Besides the department's development roles, he is charged with enabling and overseeing Fintech businesses as well as Special Purpose Entities (SPEs).

Abdullah began his career at the Saudi Industrial Development Fund in 2005. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from King Saud University in Riyadh and his Master's Degree in Finance from Saint Mary's University in Halifax, Canada.

Ken has 30 years experience in Equity and Equity-linked capital markets in previous roles as Head of EMEA Equity Capital Markets at Citi, Global Head of Equity Capital Markets at Dresdner Kleinwort and Head of EMEA Equity-Linked at Credit Suisse. Ken started his investment banking career at Schroders having qualified as an accountant at Deloitte and has worked in London, New York, Hong Kong and Sydney.

Claire has worked for Rothschild & Co for 27 years and Co-Heads Rothschild & Co’s Global Equity Market Solutions practice, which combines all of Rothschild’s public and private equity capital markets related capabilities. She is based in London but also spent more than a decade in Asia. She has considerable expertise in managing complex and high profile transactions globally and is a specialist in advising on IPOs, equity capital raisings and sell-downs for corporates and governments across the world. She has advised on more than 100 capital market transactions across Europe and the Middle East, Asia and the US.

Richard is co-head of Equity Capital Markets (ECM) and convertibles in EMEA and co-head of UK Investment Banking. He joined Goldman Sachs in 2000 as an associate on the ECM team in Hong Kong. In 2006, Richard transferred to London to head the EMEA ECM Emerging Markets team. Prior to assuming his current role, he had responsibility for the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and EMEA Growth Markets within EMEA ECM. Richard was named managing director in 2005 and partner in 2012. Prior to joining the firm, Richard worked at NM Rothschild and Sons, within ABN AMRO Rothschild, its equity capitals markets joint venture with ABN AMRO, initially in London and latterly in Hong Kong. Richard earned an MA (Hons) in Politics and Modern History from the University of Edinburgh in 1995.

Dr. Abdullah Alshwer is the CEO of Riyad Capital, has extensive experience of more than 20 years in the invest- ment management sector. Prior to joining Riyad Capital, Abdullah served as the CEO and CIO of Ashmore Investment Saudi Arabia, Ashmore Group’s regional HQ, for almost six years. During his tenure, he led the com- pany's efforts to significantly expand its operations, coverage, and assets under management across the MENA region, making Ashmore Saudi Arabia one of the major international asset managers in the region.

Previous Positions

Before his tenure at Ashmore, Abdullah served as the Chief Executive of the Higher Education Fund (HEF), managing its multi-asset, multi-market investment portfolio. He was also a senior financial advisor to the Minister of Education, and served as Chairman and member of the Advisory Committee at the Capital Markets Authority (CMA). Additional- ly, he has held leadership positions and served as a board director in multiple local and international companies across various sectors, including banking, financing, technology, agriculture, hospitality, healthcare, education, and real estate. He has also been a fund board member for investment funds in the US and Saudi Arabia.

Qualications

Abdullah holds a Ph.D. in Finance from the Lubar School of Business at the University of Wisconsin, an MBA in Finance and Information Systems from the John Neff College of Business at the University of Toledo, and a BA in Finance from King Saud University. He is also a CFA Charterholder and has completed several executive education programs at various institutions such as Harvard, IMD, INSEAD, and LBS.

Dr. Rittenberg's experience extends around the globe, across cultures and across industries. In Israel in the 1970's and 1980's, he was able to use theatrical activities to build cultural bridges and develop mutual respect among the Israeli and Palestinian students in his workshops. In South Africa, he served as Professor of Education specializing in teacher training workshops in arts-based education as an interventionist working with at-risk youths in disadvantaged situations. Based upon this work, Dr. Rittenberg was awarded the J. William Fulbright Senior Scholar Award and traveled to post-apartheid South Africa in an attempt to rebuild the self-esteem and confidence that had been shattered in Black communities during years of segregation. In 1999, he was asked to return to Israel and apply his cultural conflict resolution experience in Middle East peace initiatives with the Young Leaders Network. Dr. Rittenberg served as both a mediator and communication specialist for the UNESCO Middle East Peace Process forum. He worked with leaders from Jordan, Israel, the Palestinian Authority, and Egypt on peaceful solutions to the Middle East conflict. Rittenberg led a special interest group symposium on arts-based programs for disadvantaged youth for use in community centers in the four countries.

Dr. Rittenberg is Distinguished Teaching Faculty at the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business where he was awarded the Earl F. Cheit Award for Excellence In Teaching. Additionally, he currently teaches expressive communication and presentation in Executive Education Programs at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley, the University of San Francisco, the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, and the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis. Dr. Rittenberg holds a Doctorate in International and Multicultural Education from the University of San Francisco. He also holds a Masters of Arts Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies in Education from San Francisco State and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Berkeley where he double majored in Education and Social Welfare.

Dr. Mohamed Farouk has been a member of ADES's Board and has served as the chief executive officer since 2012. During his tenure, he has spearheaded the company's expansion into new markets and services, transforming ADES into a leading global rig operator headquartered in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia since 2022. Dr. Farouk's prior experience includes a significant role at Invensys Operations Management (IOM), a FTSE 100 company, where he was the senior vice president for global delivery and operations based in Texas. His earlier positions at Invensys involved serving as Director of Invensys Global Engineering Excellence Centers in Egypt, India, China, and Argentina, and before that, he was the General Manager of Invensys Engineering and Services in Egypt.

Dr. Farouk's career commenced in 1991 as a Project Engineer at ConiSys Egypt, a provider of control and instrumentation systems technology. Academically, Dr. Farouk holds a PhD in Systems Engineering & Control from Case Western Reserve University of Ohio, USA, and he has also served as an Associate Professor of Electrical Engineering at Cairo University. In addition to his executive role, Dr. Farouk's past directorships include serving on the board of Schneider Electric for Process Systems. Currently, he holds positions as the Non-Executive Chairman of Schneider Electric Engineering and Services Egypt, and as a Board Member of Rameda Pharmaceutical.

Mohammed K. Alkhudair is the CEO of the National Company for Learning and Education (NCLE), a publicly listed company specializing in private school operation. Under his leadership since April 2019, the company achieved record-high annual revenues, expanded from 4 to 13 schools, and saw a 150% increase in student enrollment. Before becoming CEO, Mr. Alkhudair successfully led the company through its IPO in November 2018, resulting in a +500% increase in market value. Prior to joining NCLE as IPO project manager in 2018, he worked in Al Yamamah University as GM of Finance and Admin Affairs, and Senior Research Analyst in McKinsey and Company, where he demonstrated strategic acumen and growth initiatives. Mr. Alkhudair holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Al Yamamah University and a Master of International Business from Hult International Business School and an MBA degree from Washington State University.

Ibrahim Fahad Al-Assaf is an accomplished Investment Banker and practiced leader, boasting approximately 30 years of experience in the financial and investment planning sectors. He is the founder, Managing Director (MD), and CEO of Musharaka Capital Company, and has held several senior-level positions in leading companies, including those in the industrial and real estate sectors. Additionally, he holds several board and national committee memberships and has managed many successful investments at both the local and regional levels. He holds a bachelor’s in accounting and an MBA in Banking and Finance from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM).

Mazin Baghdadi is the CEO and MD of Alinma Investment Company, boasting over 22 years of comprehensive experience in the investment field. He also serves as a board member of Jabal Omar Development Company. Before his tenure at Alinma Investment starting in 2016, Mr. Baghdadi was the Head of Investment Management for HSBC Saudi Arabia. Throughout his career, he has managed both local and GCC mutual funds, as well as discretionary portfolios in equities and fixed income.

Earlier in his professional journey, Mr. Baghdadi held various positions in investment companies and the banking industry, including roles at Riyadh Bank and Saudi Fransi Capital. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM) and has participated in several executive education programs, including the Transition to General Management Programme at INSEAD.

Osamah Mohammed Shaker joined GIB Capital as Chief Executive Officer and Board Member in June 2016. Osamah has extensive banking and investment experience in both international and domestic financial institutions within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Before his current role at GIB Capital, Osamah served as the Director General of Banking Control, overseeing and regulating all commercial banks in Saudi Arabia, and was a Senior Advisor to the Deputy Governor for Supervision at the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA). Prior to this, he garnered over 16 years of banking and investment experience in the kingdom with the Saudi British Bank and HSBC Saudi Arabia. During his tenure at HSBC Saudi Arabia, Osamah held executive-level positions as Managing Director - Head of investments, and subsequently Managing Director - Head of Financial Markets.

In addition to his professional roles, Osamah also contributed as a faculty member at the Institute of Public Administration in Riyadh, teaching statistics and providing statistical consultation. He holds a Bachelor of Administrative Sciences degree in Quantitative Methods from King Saud University, Riyadh, and a Master of Science degree in Statistics from Colorado State University, Fort Collins, Colorado, USA.

Raman Aylur Subramanian leads MSCI’s solutions research, focusing on strategic and client-directed research and on designing, developing, and delivering services and products for clients. He has been with MSCI since 1999, specializing in index construction and asset allocation over the years. Raman is a member of MSCI’s committees for equity and fixed-income indexes. He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in petroleum engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, a Master of Business Administration from Anna University, and a master’s degree in international management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. Additionally, Raman is a CFA charterholder.

Engineer Mohamed Al-Saeed joined Tawuniya Insurance Company in May 2022 as Senior Executive Director of Health Operations. From May 2020 until April 2022, Eng’r. Al-Saeed held the position of Chief Supply Chain Officer at Al Salem United Group with Johnson Controls International. From July 2014 until April 2022, Eng’r. Al-Saeed worked as Director of Service Provider Relations at Bupa Arabia.

For nearly 11 years, from December 2003 until June 2013, Eng’r. Al-Saeed held several positions, starting as a Supply Chain Management Trainer, Supply Chain Manager, Internal Supply Chain Planning Manager, Production Plant Manager, Purchasing Manager in the Middle East and Africa, and Operational Operations Manager for Purchasing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Gulf at Unilever Arabia.

Eng’r. Al-Saeed completed a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering in 2001, and a Master’s Degree in Business Management in 2002 and System Engineering in 2003. He also acquired the following certificates, licenses, and memberships over the years: Membership of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (MCIPS), Certificated Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), Certificated Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), and Certificated in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM).

Canadian American, board-certified in internal medicine and infectious disease, is the director of the Saudi Society for Infectious Diseases and Microbiology. Recognized as the best physician, he was the president of the internal medicine program at the University of British Columbia in 2008. He is one of the most influential physicians in Saudi Arabia, known on social media for his contributions to medical education and awareness.

Musaab M. AlMulla is currently the Vice President of Energy & Economic Insights in Strategy & Market Analysis. His role involves overseeing the modeling and analyzing of global and domestic economic and energy markets, publishing the Company’s global & domestic energy outlook and pricing. Furthermore, he oversees the corporate centralized sustainability and ESG Strategy, including the publication of the Corporate Sustainability Report. Musaab is also a Director on the Board of Saudi Aramco Power Company. He assumed his current position after completing the one-year executive MBA of MIT Sloan Fellows Program in Cambridge, MA, USA. Prior to this, Musaab headed the Origination Department in New Business Development, responsible for originating and evaluating new business ideas through various business models for the Company in the energy sector and its adjacencies.

Throughout his career, Musaab has held various roles associated with integrated energy planning, mainly in the power and water sector for Saudi Arabia, as well as leading mega Project Management. In addition to the Bachelor and Master degrees obtained and graduation from the Company’s Engineering Specialist Program, Musaab has attended and participated in several conferences and seminars, presenting papers at recognized conferences. He has also been involved in the Company's Corporate Assessments and attended the six-week Stanford Executive Program in Stanford, California, USA, and the two-week Oxford Energy Seminar at St. Catherine’s College, Oxford, United Kingdom. This is in addition to several in-house Management and Leadership programs and courses.

Prior to being appointed as Senior Vice President, Finance & Group Chief Financial Officer, Mr. AlMuhaiza held various positions within SEC Group, with the most recent being the Vice President of Finance Operations. He also served as Executive Director of Treasury & Corporate Finance Sector and Director of Investment & Cash Management Department. He has extensive experience in portfolio management and treasury-related matters and has been actively involved in investments, insurance, risk management, and the corporate and project financing activities. He is also a board member of several companies and chairing various committees within SEC Group.

Before joining SEC in 2013, Mr. AlMuhaiza started his career in the investment banking industry at Saudi Fransi Capital. Mr. AlMuhaiza holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin. He is also a graduate of the Executive Management Program at INSEAD.

Abdulhameed Al Muhaidib serves as the Chief Financial Officer at ACWA Power. With more than 15 years’ experience, Mr. Al Muhaidib is a skilled leader having held several positions in both Business & Finance at ACWA Power. During the initial years of his career within the Group, Abdulhameed worked in Corporate Finance and served several roles in Project boards and committees, including NOMAC. Abdulhameed was then primarily involved in managing projects under execution in the UAE, including Noor Energy 1, which is the world largest CSP project. Before joining the company, he worked at HSBC Middle East / Saudi Arabia in Global Investment Banking and Advisory. Abdulhameed served as board member, audit committee member and risk committee member in many organizations including HSBC Saudi Arabia, Saudi Arabian British Bank (SABB), Savola Group and several ACWA Power subsidiaries. Abdulhameed holds a BBA Finance Major from University of Miami as well as an MBA from Pepperdine University Graziadio School of Business and Management. He was also selected and completed KSA Leadership 2030 Program sponsored by HRH Mohammed bin Salman Foundation (MISK).

Riham ElGizy has over 20 years of international experience dedicated to impact-related investments through her extensive work as a leader in mergers and acquisitions, as well as strategy and business development experience. She was formerly head of Saudi Aramco’s Investment valuations and structuring, the function responsible for advising and formulating investment decisions for corporate and executive management, as well as government institutions. Prior to joining Saudi Aramco, she spent 16 years with BP in North America and North Africa. ElGizy has a track record in originating and executing energy, clean technology, and renewable energy transactions across the globe. She has advised strategy and investment boards and led negotiations with governments and privately held institutions.

ElGizy is a Sloan fellow MBA (MIT Sloan School of Management) and during her time at MIT, she worked on projects promoting sustainable economic growth in emerging markets through the deployment of innovative technology solutions and climate change simulations. She is currently CEO of the Voluntary Carbon Market (VCM). In her role at the helm of the VCM, she has launched the first voluntary carbon market in the MENA region and led the single largest voluntary carbon market auction to ever take place.
